Coogee Continental Deli reviews
44 I was thinking about how exhausted I would be if it was never an option to stop by Coogee Continental Deli and get some really delicious, ready to go healthy meals.
For anyone who is really at capacity, working and doing everything to keep it together, but still want to feed their families nutritious home made meals, this place offers that to the local community.
And when you’ve had their coffee, you’ll drive in the opposite direction to where you are going to get it again, as nowhere nearby nails coffee like they do.
Stops serving coffee at 3pm.doesn't list that anywhere. Won't waste my time coming back.
Surprised to find that I can customize my continental roll. Their kransky and relish roll was the best, wish they had it on the main menu.
I think there’s a deal toastie and coffee for $12.50 not in the photos.
Croatian donut balls only on Friday and Saturday I believe.
It's been at least 3 years since my last visit but the continental roll and chips were as good as ever.
Friendly staff, clean store, good food
It is a shame how this business is going down
Staff bad always making a mistake
Portions are so small and expensive it a real shame
$14.50 for a chicken schnitzel wrap. Not even made fresh. Tastes disgusting. Like something from a roadhouse, maybe worse. Some of your prices are ridiculous. The roll's don't taste very good. Even a plain salad and cheese roll doesn't even taste good but you'll pay a stupid price and the bread isnt even fresh. Can get a better roll for 7$ at most places, and it's fresh and taste good. The food is really bad and apparently that deserves an extreme price.
You should focus on quality first before charging such a high price for such a low quality. Make sure the food actually tastes good.
Coffee is good.but the new owners are just taking advantage of the community. Food menu need's a lot of work IMHO - Nothing seems to taste very good and is way too expensive. Won't be buying anything except coffee here again. Waste of money
For the 20$ I paid i feel like it was worth about $2
Don't sell roll's if you can't make them fresh or at least store them properly.
If you are looking for a good continental roll then this is not the place to come. The owner says they sell a thousand rolls a week I find that hard to believe based on the roll I was served. All rolls should be made fresh while you wait and not from out of the fridge. At $12.80 a roll it's way overpriced.
Stop here for a coffee all the time. Always great. Rolls and sandwiches are also very good for on the go lunch options
Our fave local with the best coffee.so happy it has been transformed and up dated but kept the roots.yummy food lovely service
Highly recommended coffee and food from here.plus the added activities they do.
Love homemade fritule.they are the bomb
Still the best local coffee from a local distributor too
The sausage rolls, to die for. The dirty chai made with authentic chai leaves (not powder) and the almond croissant is heaven?
The place where everyone knows your name! I couldn't imagine starting my day without their almond lattes. (Love their coffee club service where you can ring your order on the way and the coffee is ready for pick-up when you get there.) The takeaway meatballs are also fantastic. They really go out of their way to meet any requests you may have)
Love this place. The service is consistently excellent and weather it's milk, treats, coffee, homemade lasagna, pork rolls or a gorgeous bunch of flowers this place always brings the goods.
My husband buy your ham and cheese croissant and we are disappointed because the ham and cheese croissant it to cold
Had a very good experience the first time I was here ordering a pork n gravy roll w chips. Ordered the same today, received half the pork, barely any gravy and no chips. Sorry to say I won't be back after today
THE best humans, best coffee and best food! I drop by each morning on my way to work and is the BEST way to start my day. Thanks for all you do and making my day brighter!
Reluctantly purchased a pre-made $12 continental roll. $12!? Not worth it, bread was similar to a hotdog roll, meats were sparing, the lettuce made the bulk of it! I used to be ok paying the $10.50 because they used to be so tasty and so large I only would have half and share with my husband. Rolls are now smaller and cost more. Not the bang for buck it once was, won't purchase again. To up the price, reduce size and quality and not even make it fresh for customers - this place is havin a laugh! Other than that.this place has a good selection of cold meats and always plenty of staff on.
Coogee Continental Deli.you are a star. A great place for a cappuccino. I get one from them every day. Also great place for home made food to go, cooked right in front of you. And the conti rolls are superb. Try the sultana fritule, again I get a box on most days. There is much more to the place including friendly and professional staff and the kitchen.it is always so clean. Keep up the good work team!
Foods great but Wouldn't recommend buying the Bloom flowers. Low quality would rather support local florist.
I always go past this place after work. Finally I stopped by and I dont regret it at all. Fantastic place and top notch customer service. They were so friendly and delightful even though I was a dreadful customer. I came in 3 minutes to close but they still let me come in and chatted with me happily. I definitely will come back.
Not a fan, left an old special board out front for a pulled pork and cheese toasting and when I ordered it were very flustered. They to there credit made me one but wasn't right and had been pulled from deep freeze and was cold and cheese not melted. It seemed to be very saucy andbsquirted all over my shirt at first bite? I wouldn't bother going in again.
