Took my mum for a coffee and cake here last week at 2pm. No cakes were on display and had to ask to see them.
I asked if they were about to shut as I served coffee in takeaway cups and the cake in a plastic container with plastic spoons. The server was adamant that the manager was not serving anything other than paper cups.
They were not shutting at 5.00 so no idea why we couldn’t have one of the several China cups.
No only is this tacky but bad for the environment.
