Converse Factory Outlet

Staff are friendly, and the store is always tidy when I go. There is a decent range on display however considering this is a factory outlet, the prices are often the same or similar to shopping elsewhere.

The store to buy one pair of shoes however, after being assisted by Zach and a lovely young English girl, we walked out with five pairs. Very professional friendly service and Zach helped us to save a lot of money. If that’s what you call saving a lot of money when you go to buy one pair of shoes and walk out with five ha ha hah

Staff are always helpful, friendly and most have great advice on sneaker care.

The lowest star I could give was one but if I had an option I would have given less. Prices are not worth it. Staff are rude and no one even bothered to ask if I wanted any help. Save your time and money.

I took my 10 year old daughter to Converse Watertown last week. She needed new high tops for school.plus I thought I might see if there was something for me too. We scrabbled around on our own for a while before Kyra asked if she could help us. From that point on it was like Kyra was our own personal Converse guru! Nothing was too much trouble for her.she was so incredibly patient.her manner was friendly and helpful.and never once was she pushy. It felt like we tried on 50 pairs between us before my daughter fell in love with her new shoes. I wasn't so lucky, unfortunately.but Kyra helped me find the right pair for my husband, ensuring they were the wider fit, cushioned style he prefers.

It's so rare to receive exceptional customer service these days.but we received it in spades from Kyra. She is a credit to the store.

We will definitely be back.and recommend to our friends and family. Thank you.

PS. I'll add that I chose the wrong size for my husband's trainers and had to take them back the next day to exchange them. Once again I received great service from the staff (didn't get their names, sorry!) I ended up buying a stack of tshirts and socks in the sale for Christmas presents. I had questions about sizing that were all answered knowledgeably. Everyone was so friendly and chatty and helpful. These guys are definitely doing something right when it comes to staff training. The whole experience was a pleasure.which makes such a change!

I find they're a bit expensive for an outlet. But hey, they've gotta make a dollar. I'm not the biggest fan of Converse shoes so take that with a grain of salt if you like.
