Wait times are very long, waited over an hour to get in. 2 people walked in the drive thu car section and got served straight away.they are only to be served in the walk-in section. It's the third time this has happened to me. I have complained each time to management and the management have not stopped this practice. Management needs to put more people on, the line is out onto the main road.

You’ll be waiting a long, long, long, long, time in a queue of cars before you get through this place. Watching cars sit inside doing five minutes of paperwork holding up the already delayed queue is a bit weird. Try the other places.

Enjoyed sitting in the car watching 100 more vehicles sitting in their car with their engines idling to reclaim the $10 of burnt petrol. A great way to enjoy a free (after donating your containers) day out sitting in your car waiting for everybody else to drop off their containers.

Sometimes the line is quite long and rather than have the queue go across to the other carpark the cars are down the road. Needs better queuing system but if you go early on a weekend the queue is minimal. Apart from that small thing the place is great. Very happy friendly staff. Options of reimbursement. Place to discard cardboard boxes. And option to park and bring containers inside with plenty of parking.

I attended this collection centre for the first time and was served by a lady called Anne Turner. She provided me with some great service and she was very hospitable to me all the way. Thank you for your great work

If you go park when you're not told, it will be made very clearly by staff by tell you that you're meant to stay behind the speed bump till signalled by an employee! But regardless the employees are great at their job and they work in all types of weather! So great job in my eyes:)

A friendly and efficient staff, did not have to wait long at all. Have just left again and yes it has changed, it's even better.

Not sure why so many complaints about having to queue. You can park your car, take your bags inside, print a label identifying your bag, and by the end of the day the money gets transferred to your account. Takes me less than 2 minutes every time.

If you are so inept that you can't sign up to an account online, I am certain the people who work inside could show you how to do that.

Had to wait 90 minutes on a Sunday to even get to the drive thru. Only had 3 staff members working who were in no rush whatsoever. Very poorly run. Will not be back.

Friendly staff, but I think having a constant line of cars waiting outside with their engines running might be defeating the purpose of the recycling centre, which is to reduce our environmental impact. Maybe getting rid of the cash system which requires the containers to be counted on the spot might speed up the whole process?

Had to queue for a while but when it was my turn Simon was great. Fast, efficient and even replaced two container bags for me. A great way to get a bit of cash.

I’ve used this facility a few times and have always found the staff to be very friendly and efficient.

Friendly and efficient staff usually get through fairly quickly despite sometimes in car queue cash paid on the spot.

Was at the facility on Tuesday to drop of bottles, waited in car for 5 minutes got called thru and attended took bags, gave him my ID Number and money was sent thru that afternoon.very quick and easy, staff member was very polite

Fast and efficient service if you pick your times and have a scheme ID. In and out in less than 5 minutes with $ credited to account not long after. Brilliant!

Friendly staff, I go early in morning before it opens to queue up because it gets very busy. Convenient for me.

Quick and efficient. But, not open until 3pm on Sunday. Was there at 2: 30pm with no signs of life.

The wait was a long one, and I was sure with 5pm approaching id be turned away, but as luck would have it (even though 5pm had come and gone) they kindly let me go through.relieved and appreciative local resident
