Popped in for a brief look and walked away with the perfect birthday outfit. The staff were helpful and kind, guiding me on what would look nice and made me feel wonderful. I also had two high energy little kids with me and they didn't seem to mind at all I am always more inclined to shop somewhere where I can feel comfortable taking the kids when needed.

Was amazed by the range and prices here! Very reasonable prices for the quality. Checking out their market day is also a must.

I was just told by a lady with 0 manners that you don't take 'those brands' I laughed and replied 'you do realise that Aquascutum is more expensive than the ones you have just listed out' tut tut ladies.learn your fashion.and some manners. Money can't buy class but it can buy customer service courses.

Unfortunately Aquascutum is not a brand we consign often as it generally doesn't fit our demographic which is why our team member would've said we don't take that label. We always find it's best to be up-front over the phone so it doesn't waste your time coming in store. I'm sorry it's not the outcome you were hoping for. We'd love to welcome you to our store/online website where you can view the brands/styles that sell best for us for example; Zimmermann, Scanlan Theodore, Isabel Marant and Ganni just to name a few. My question: When I noted that Aquascutum was more expensive than the brands she listed she change her tune and said 'Come in'. I should have put that statement in for clarity.

I'm sorry, but it was pure ignorance and arrogance by your staff member. They really need lessons in customer service. It is really letting your brand down.

My all time favourite consignment boutique in Perth! Amazing range of designer items at bargain prices and the friendliest service in store. Their website is fantastic and easy to navigate, as are their socials. Loved their market day earlier this year and can’t wait for the next one! Would highly recommend to everyone I know. Avoid. Non existent customer service. Don't even bother with this place. Rerun in North Perth and Secret Closet in Shenton Park actually acknowledge and offer assistance to their customers. Much bigger and better range too.

I use to love coming to this store. Until my last visit when the sales assistant insisted on holding my baby while I was in the change room and then took a photo of my baby on her phone. Insisting she was just sending it to her husband to see. Lucky I walked out as she did it. Really affected me.

Amazing store with beautiful collection of labels not usually found in Perth, for a fraction of the retail price! So many Japanese & avant garde brands. Love!
