The service we received from Liam today was second to none. Shopping for a suit for my dad, Liam listened and was able to help with what we needed. He offered to have the hem taken up on the pants within a couple of hours. This made the whole process seamless (unintentional pun). While the prices were great, exceptional customer service should be acknowledged and I would have no hesitation recommending Connor in Joondalup because of the service we received. Thank you Liam!

The sweat shirt I bought was very low quality.one wash and it be came a size bigger and shape less

I have bought many suits from this store and have had great customer experience every time. A special thanks goes to Anastasia who helped me with sourcing two suits including alterations in a very timely manner. She was really friendly and extremely helpful even though it was really busy. Love the clothes but this pregnant looking woman in the joondalup one is so annoying and pushy, told her 6 times just to let me browse and she wouldn't leave me alone, then when I went to purchase items she felt the need to make snarky comments like "found what you need in the end"

I love the clothes at Connor but the female staff member in this particular store was extremely rude. She pushed my sister and myself when reaching for things, bumped us out of the way without asking us to move and made snarky comments. Such as "don't you have your own man to dress" - I was purchasing a birthday outfit for my sisters partner. There was many more. "you're opinionated aren't you". "you can't give him that many options". Etc. We wanted to walk out without purchasing a thing! I will not be returning to this store.
