3Derek from Connect Hearing helped me to get a pair of molded earplugs to use at work (brand: Pacific Ears). He took the time needed to make sure it was the right fit and that I knew how to use them correctly. They are absolutely brilliant. Never again will I use foam earplugs or earmuffs.
