Shocking service, poor communication and unapologetic.

I contacted the company and talked with Hieu. He asked me to send photos of my 2 leather sofas which needed repair or refurbishment. He said he would call me back but forgot. I contacted him again a few days later. We arranged for him to come to my home to view and discuss options. He didn't come. He sent a text at the last minute to say he wasn't coming. He said he would call and come the next week. Again he didn't contact. I tried one last time and he then advised he wasn't able to do the job.

I got the impression that unless willing to spend $3000-4000 to recover each sofa he wasn't interested.

Don't use this company, terrible service.

Having used this company before several times during 20 years to provide leather colorant I was happy with the service. I recently talked to Hieu about options to refurbish or repair my 2 leather couches. He said to send photos of the damage, (which I did) and he would ring me back in a few days, then forgot. I called him again and arranged a visit to my home to view and discuss options but he didn't come and sent a last minute text to tell me he wasn't coming. He said he would contact me again the following week and didn't. I tried again and finally got a text back saying he couldn't do the job.

Provider did not book a time for quoted service. I was delayed in replying to the first email confirmation following a hospitalisation. I explained situation with my health (and that I have a negative COVID test - it's in no way related, but puts peoples mind at ease) but was refused service with no explanation. I'm very disappointed and would not recommend.

I recently had my three seat and two seat leather lounges refurbished and I am astounded at the quality of the work. I am so glad we made the decision to refurbish rather than buy new. The service provided by Hieu and his staff was astounding. We were invited to check their initial work to ensure total satisfaction and they did a brilliant job with delivering too. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

Complete Leather Care recovered the bottom leather cushions on our couches, giving it a whole new lease on life. Good job at a good price.

Excellent job refurbishing a lovely old leather chair. Very happy with quality of workmanship and the excellent service.

Been here on many occasions and have been thoroughly impressed & satisfied each time with their friendly service, experienced staff members and quality workmanship which is always on time - couldn't be happier and definitely recommend!

Have recently had our leather couch repaired and cleaned by Complete Leather Care. A couple of places I contacted wanted me to send in photos and weren't very helpful. Complete Leather Care came out to the house and explained exactly what needed doing to fix the couch. I received a quote which I thought was reasonably. The two men who came to pick up and deliver the couch (which was in 3 pieces) after the work had been done were very pleasant, arrived at the time stated and were very careful with the couch and even fitted it all back together again. I was very impressed with the work Complete Leather Care carried out and the couch looks brand new again.

We had the good luck to have Geoff and his crew be able to rectify the mess that all leather care made of my Bentley.we were in despair when we saw the results of all leather dont care, after a week, of their appalling work, different colours and the surface cracking like you cant believe, too many phone calls and false promise no shows, we were advised by Gascoignes to go to COMPETE LEATHER CARE.
Professional, courteous and on time with a professional workshop,
not his garage at home, they stripped all the rubbish that had been put on,
repaired and then re coloured the entire interior. The job is perfect! We have a Rolls- Royce and Bentley specialist workshop and take pride in our work and are pleased to have the same pride from COMPLETE LEATHER CARE. These guys did a top job on a cushion that my dog ate. Looks like brand new, can't tell the difference from before. Thanks guys

SHAME ON YOU!

I contacted this company for a quote to clean my leather lounge. After I contacted a few other leather cleaning services I courteously called them back to let them know that I had decided to go with another company.

The person I spoke with seemed annoyed when I informed them of my decision and pressed me to tell which company I was going to use? I hesitantly told him who the company was and after what seemed an eternity of silence he responded by saying that I was a fool to use them and that they were completely useless! He ranted on and on about them and eventually I appeased him by saying that I would cancel my booking with them.

Upset about the comments made about this company I decided to contact Gascoigne Furniture, Natuzzi and Leather Interiors, all of whom this company say are their clients, I also consider them to be quality retailers. In the words of Gomer Pyle SUPRISE! SUPRISE! SUPRISE! Well it seems they have taken most of the business away from complete leather care! Their praise of the company was amazing and I was assured that I was in good hands with beautiful leather lounge and that they were considered the "BEST" in the business.

So "SHAME ON YOU"! If you cant stand the heat "get out of the business" is what I've always been told!

I have since had my leather lounge cleaned by ALLEATHERCARE and they did a brilliant job! I have had them back to do my dinning chairs and car.

P. S. I would be very surprised if you cant find record of my details as it seems your "retail" reputation is somewhat in decline and you probably have very few calls nowadays? To help you out with your "investigating" my name is Suzi and I live in Nedlands!

Geoff and his team are very professional and friendly. When I rang to see if they could clean my white leather sofa he was very helpful and honest. The couch was so dirty and came up so well! We’re delighted with the results! Thanks a million

Friendly service, clear quoting, and they delivered a wonderful finish in much less time than estimated.

The person we use is very good and, "It want be exactly the same as new but, it will be very hard to tell the difference".
This statement convinced me to use Complete Leather Care for the restoration of a Catt furniture dining table and chairs.
Well, the final result was far less than expected. And, when I put the table back together the two half's of the table had different finishes.
After being told that I was being picky about the restoration I will not recommend these people to restore Catt furniture.

More than help full and cannot fault their service, thoroughly recommend Complete Leather Care.
