All money thieves here, they would definitely fail your inspection, so people come pay re-inspection. If anyone wanna waste their money come there otherwise think before come here. I have worse experience!

Crooks! DO NOT GO HERE. The owner (and the staff as well) are rude and unprofessional. Within the first 2 minutes of arriving, a big man came yelling from the back yelling at me because I parked in the wrong spot. No greeting just yelling. They charged me for an inspection in advance and told me to just call to reschedule when I made the repairs needed to pass.

I called a week or so later to ask where to get a specific repair done because I’m new to the country and don’t know. He immediately got frustrated with me and said that the repair has to get done and there’s no arguing. I tried to explain that I understand it has to get done and I’m just asking WHERE to get it done. He cut me off and yelled that if I had a problem to go to the DoT and hung up on me.

I tried to call when I was ready and they said that I didn’t call early enough and now they’re not giving my money back or the inspection. When I asked further questions the owner yelled at me and hung up.

This place is incredibly unprofessional and not a friendly place. Avoid at all costs.

Overcharged for the UberX car. I returned the car on time but was still charged $43 extra. Also car was mechanical not good, squeaky brakes and issues with the GPS they installed and nobody answers the after hours phone no. Poor service!

Don’t ever go for inspection they will fail you intentionally so that they can charge for the 2 time

I Had vehicle booked in for a D. O. T.pits inspection. They were punctual. They took the time and effort to identify my vehicle and inspect it for any defects. As my vehicle had only done 50,000 km it passed with out any problems. Thanks to Drive Ready Inspections for a hassle free experience. Would highly recommend.

Wont recommend anyone to use them, No respect, poor customer service and to add on they just ripp u off, I was quoted 560$ to fix my car, and just got it fixed from autobarn for $67. Terrible experience.

Worst experience ever specifically with owner. He is just disgusting man. Idiots on one place. Went for PTV inspection and failed me for minor battery rust which can easily fix. But they want me to repay for just minor thing which was clear before that they will hold it. Very disappointed.

Can thieves clearly. Do not go for inspection at any cost. Owner is really disgusting person. Please people do not go this disgusted place at any cost. Idiots take $180 and put into your hole.

Tried them first time for rental car. Terrible experience. These guys don’t know what they are doing. Would never recommend them for any kind of service related to car! Very poor customer service too. People who work there have very bad attitude with no manners.

Customer service is a foreign concept at this testing location. The shop manager will make you feel like you've offended him by simply walking into the office. The inspection agent will give you little to no explanation as to why you've failed and becomes defensive when you ask for details on failure items. If you go here for a vehicle inspection your going to have a bad time. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy!

Worst car inspector and inspection, I ever seen in my life, please don’t go there, i had no issue with my car but they failed my car’s inspection, they said oil leak marks and battery have no clumps, Even he put the wrong size of my car’s tyres size is R15 he put 14 in report, Then i go for inspection an other workshop they tell me your car’s battery is already fixed no need for clumps, and they put wrong size of your car’s tyres, they failed inspections with no reasons, They are Complete Cab thieves, please be aware of them.

Recommended by a friend. Needed an Inspection to re-licence vehicle. Nothing but praise for these guys. Courteous, efficient booking, quick service on the inspection and then out within 45 minutes.

I've been here a few times for pits inspections. They do what's asked of them, and make sure your car is legal, and roadworthy. I don't agree with all of the legal requirements, but you need to be compliant. I've had no issues here. I would recommend this place to others, and I wouldn't take the negative reviews too seriously

Worst customer service ever. The worshop super/manager is a proper bully. Even other staff was scared to talk to him He shouted at me. Does not know the rules. I should have listened to the mechanics in the welshpool area and should have not visited here for car checks. 100+ dollars wasted and 3 weeks. Went to the other place for checks and they were happy to sign off my car

Very happy with service here. Ric was very accommodating in fitting the car in for an inspection in the week before Christmas. I had called a lot of other places and they were nowhere near as good to deal with. The car needed a reinspection and the team here were very helpful outlining what needed to be done to get car to standard. Highly recommend.

Terrible service, took my car ther for annual inspection and they charged me $1360 to approve but now my car have the steering wheel knocking and loose, so they aprouve the car and my car now is not good to drive and I had to hire a car to keep work.
Now I have to open a legal action to have my car fixed and paid for them.
Be away from there.
