Compass Early Learning Centre

One of the best choice we've made for our son, sending him to Compass. The community and environment made a huge difference to us. The educators in Maali room - Sam, Ella, River, Jesse, especially Benji, go out of their way to build strong healthy relatrelationships with both families and children.
They created natural nurturing environment where the children can achieve their own milestones and learn through play. The team is dedicated to educating the children in their care whilst being professional and providing excellent care.

We love it here. So happy with this daycare. All of the staff are lovely and so welcoming. As soon as you walk into compass the vibe and set up is instant welcoming. We moved to compass this year from a previous daycare and my 2 year old son Alfie settled instantly. He loves his educators Benji, Sam & Ella. They have made him feel so welcomed and cared for. I love to see they are very caring and nurturing he just walks straight in so happy to be there and with his friends, you would think he has been there for years! I was extremely anxious for my baby to start daycare he is very attached to me he won’t even go to other family members or friends, I found it extremely hard to return to work and for him to start daycare. I honestly couldn’t have done it without Sarah and Sophie! They have been absolutely fantastic! Very patient, nurturing, caring, connected with Arran and my family and very supportive with Arran and me while we adjusted to this big change. He has settled so well now! I can’t believe the difference in him, we have gone from him having stress rashes to straight in for cuddles and plays. I fell completely comfortable leaving Arran there for the day which is a massive turn around for us. It honestly wouldn’t have happened if it wasn’t for Sarah and Sophie. Fran the chief has been amazing! My baby has a few allergies and her attention to detail has been fantastic she has made me feel confident knowing she is all over it plus we love to see her cooking away in the morning. Alison and Karen have been so welcoming answering all of my questions and helping us as a family to settle in to compass! I couldn’t recommend this daycare enough!

I have been so impressed by each staff member at Compass. Karen sets the tone with her vibrant and loving energy, she knows the kids names and gives the best cuddles to our girl. In the baby room, each person has always made me feel my daughter is in safe and loving hands, in particular Sarah who is in charge of the baby room, Milly and Sophie. They always share stories of what happens in the day which makes me see how my daughter is truly valued. I love how the atmosphere in this place is peaceful and positive.

The most amazing daycare, with the best staff! We moved our son from another not so great daycare in 2020 to compass & am so glad we made the move! Travelled from Alkimos every daycare day & back & it was so worth it. I now have two kids at the centre & it is one of their safe places. Amenities are amazing & have not one bad word to say about the place! Sadly my boy starts his school journey this year & we are moving our 1 year old to a centre closer to home. We will miss the centre & staff immensely! Thank you for always caring, nurturing & teaching my kids as if they were your own!

I didn’t hesitate to enrol Tiyah a year ago at Compass as my other grandchildren were enrolled there and saw how happy they were.
The administration staff have been so helpful with enrolments and childcare subsidy issues and the educators have been amazing settling Tiyah into her daycare routine and she has now moved up to her new room. I’m looking forward to seeing all her new adventures.

My baby loves going to Compass. She feels safe and happy, being surrounded by such engaging, caring and patient educators.
Their facilities are great too, clean and secure, with lots of indoor and outdoor space, and natural light.
I'm really happy we picked Compass ELC - knowing that my baby is in safe hands made it easier for me to return to work.

My daughter has loved compass since starting. She has has blossomed so much and has a get relationship with all staff it’s like a family and we love it.

I have had both of my kids attend the Early learning center over the years, the staff are friendly and professional highly recommended. I wouldn't trust my kids with anyone else.

Amazing day care, both my children have learned a lot in the short time they have been there. I like that all ages get to play outside together, perfect for siblings!

Such a beautiful centre with the loveliest educators! I truly feel so happy to have found such a beautiful centre where the team love my child as if she were their own. My daughter loves daycare and has learned so much in her time there. We have already decided if we moved further away we would still drive her to this centre! Highly recommended!

Compass is a fantastic childcare service. Our second daughter has been attending for over a year and recently moved to the Picasso room from Cloud 9. All the educators, carers and support staff are fantastic, caring, friendly and show great compassion for what they do. I would highly recommend this place.

My boys have been going to Compass for over a year. They love their teachers and carers, and so do I. The team put in sincere care and effort into everything, from managing the centre, creating a fun and educational environment and also providing good nutritious food for the children. We’ve moved further away but still attend Compass as they are head and shoulders above the other ELCs NOR.

My son has attended this daycare for a year now. I am so very happy with how the staff run the daycare, my son loves it and i am confident hes in good hands every day - he adores his carers Millie and Alison (and everyone else). The make all their food on-site (they have a chef) and they always make healthy food and are accommodating for any children with food alergies or special dietary requirements. The centre is very new and modern, and has a strong focus on outdoor play and natural play (theres not many plastic toys - mostly wooden, it looks great)
