This company saved my bacon when my primary vehicle was being repaired. Their customer service was great and they were very helpful and easy to work with.

Horrible experience. They couldn't sort out the correspondence and paperwork with driver at fault's insurance. Prior to that they assured me via email and phone call that all has been sorted at their end with the at fault drivers insurance company when they desperate to offer me a rental car. They would bombard me with calls and emails, offering the car. I questioned how did they obtained my personal details? ! I should have listened to my guts but instead i took up the offer since they assured me that payment will come from at fault insurance company. After returning the car, i received email and calls from Ethan Slade, demanding me to contact the insurance company to sort things out, otherwise i would have to foot the bill. He was very rude and condescending. It was traumatizing and stressful, and my advice is to think carefully before you take up their offer.

Very professional staff over the phone, Courtney helped me sort out a replacement vehicle easily and efficiently. Couldn’t recommend enough!

I had a not at fault accident and did not know this service existed but was referred to Compass and received a great service. I don’t know what I would have done if I didn’t get a car so fast to service my customers. I also received really good advice on what to do with my damaged car to avoid any delays. The team really went above and beyond to help a damsel in distress.

I strongly recommend Compass cars. Kind people that make the accident much easier. I did not have to pay a cent and got a brand new car until my car was fully repair. Very helpful. Thank you

My husband and I had such a wonderful experience with the Perth staff! They were so informative and ensured we received a like for like to ease the stress we endured after a not at fault accident.

Such a great experience with Compass! After I was in a severe accident, my insurance gave me an awful courtesy car. I spoke with my smash repairers who had Compass Cars call me - they were understanding and so kind, and within 2 days I had a much safer car delivered to my work. I had this for 4 weeks whilst mine was being repaired, and when I collected my car, I left the rental with the smash repairers and it was collected from there. The effortless (on my part) process was exactly what I needed at that time, highly recommend!

My company hired this car not me but they failed to contact me through phone saying they never had my number which I then gave them again, they proceeded to contact me through email, when I phoned them to pick up car they had given it away and had none available until 1oclock the next afternoon
On returning the vehicle there was only one member of staff on duty who flat out ignored me whilst taking a phone call for 25 mins and counting…….
Would not recommend sorry

If I could give 0 stars I would. After being rear-ended I called compass to organise a hire car, at the time they had no cars available and would call me the next day with an update. A few days later I rang back asking for an update and was told they would call me back. This happened multiple times over the span of a week, so I organised a hire car through another company. 2 weeks later they rang me asking if I still needed a car. The service time was appalling.

One of the worst experiences ever! Yes ever! Having arranged car hire for a given location at a specified time the jokers two days before tell me they have arranged my car for pick up at the end of the day or the following morning - Seriously if you offer a service then deliver it and don't waste peoples time!

I had an incredibly positive experience with Compass this year. I was rear-ended and my car was written off so I contacted Compass for a hire car. From the beginning Joel was helpful, knowledgeable and supportive. I had the hire car for 2 months and the whole time the communication from Compass was faultless and consistent. The hire car I was given was clean, reliable, and new. Joel was able to answer any questions I had about the contract and ensured I was comfortable before signing anything. He also offered great advice. I only spoke to 2 other people besides Joel in this time and they were both just as professional and kind. Thank you Compass team, I would recommend them to anyone:)

1st time July 2019
Great service. Delivered my car to me at home within a few hours of my not at fault accident and took the car back for 2 weeks when I went on holidays and then delivered me another car as my car still wasn't ready and met me at the repairer to take back the hire car when my car was ready.couldn't fault the service thank you guys you took the stress out of a stressful situation which was not my fault.

Just got contacted by compass corp who tried to discuss the details of an incident which occured last month with me instead of my insurance company. My insurance company confirmed they should not be contacting me to discuss the details of the incident with me. Dodgy.

I wouldnt use these guys.

Yesterday I called 4 times and was cutoff every time while waiting in the queue. I did the right thing and filled out their application online last night because weren't answering the phones.

This morning I missed a call from a staff member {who quoted an different reference no to the email I received}. I have tried to call back 6 times and surprise surprise, I keep getting cut off.

What a disgusting service.

I was rear ended and had my car written off 5 day's before Christmas, the timing was terrible as working 2 jobs I had shifts nearly every day for the following 2 weeks. The other driver (whose air bag had gone off and was most likely looking at her phone, a witness saw it under accelerator pedal) was insured by RAC and as their preferred provider could not get a car to me by 24th I went with Compass, who I found to be extremely helpful and patient. The car they loaned me was the same brand as my car (Toyota Rav 4) but a much newer model and was in perfect condition throughout. I was in shock and so upset at losing my vehicle, so really
appreciated having a nice hire car for the weeks to follow.

Do not go with this company.

They do not stop calling you, extremely pushy and annoying (I could barely understand the person who was dealing with me, spoke very fast with a strong Indian accent) Also a rip off.plenty of other hire car companies our their that do what they do but 100x better and more cost effectivly without a thousand calls per day.

Do your research first.
