We stayed here for a 4 day sporting event and it was great. It's older style but super clean and I don't know of anywhere you can stay in a 2 bed apartment with a full kitchen, secure gated parking, free wifi, private bbq on the balcony etc so cheaply. There's a laundry right outside your door also, so that came in handy too. A thank you to the fantastic housekeeper as well, a small issue with the oven and she was at the door within minutes to rectify. Really impressive - will definitely book again when we come back to Geraldton.

I was very happy staying at Como Geraldton for 5 nights - the location was brilliant, it was well equipped with everything I needed and the pricing was very reasonable.

So every single travel sight says this place was fully booked well we are here now and there are no other guests I dont know why as this place is quiet everythjng is provided with full kitchen bathroom aircon ceiling fans good free wifi close to town centre secured parking and laundry the bbq needs an upgrade though
they are olderstyle units that have been revamped they are comfortable only one major issue is the eyesore across the road the old batavia motor inn which need demolition try to book directly with john rather then using a secondary travel site

DO NOT BUY WIFI: Its very slow and over priced. I had to resort to using my personal data even tho I paid for the wifi for a week. Absolute rip.

When looking at the online reviews, there are a lot of 4* appraisals. So maybe it is fantastic for what is on offer (?)

Fitzgerald st location is a set of 1970's renovated (a long time ago) flats. My experience is that security doors don't lock, there inadequate hot water for a 5min shower so if there are two of you there will be a need to wait a long time between showers) and there is no ironing board or iron available for business travellers. No connectivity between dvd/entertainment and TV.
Bathroom floor needs a good bleaching.
Very old, but clean linen and towels. Bed linen didn't have a clean feel or smell about about it.
I had expected complimentry coffee, tea, sugar and other basics (hair dryer for ladies, small desk for work) to be available but are not supplied.
Two toilet rolls supplied for a whole weeks stay.
Advertised as serviced weekly but room wasn't cleaned for the 5 days I was there.
Fitzgerald St location is in a pretty desolate part of town but has advantages of being quiet.
Better lighting inside the complex would be good for security. A number of lights are fitted but globes blown.
I'm not sure what else is available for $138 a night but it would be worth seeing what else is around.
