Community Kids Morley Early Education Centre

Community kids Morley is a great centre, friendly staffs and good communication with the education. Making sure the children are neat and clean before parents pick up. My 4 years old really love it there and she’s always happy to go to day care.

What I have experienced personally is unacceptable we are in a multicultural country why is that I have to still put up with discrimination against my skin colour! The women there was extremely rude to me and used racial words I ignored her but I have now realised what she said I can not keep quiet otherwise someone else will experience what I went through

Community kids Morley such a fantastic day care centre. A warm homely environment with supportive and professional staff. There staff is so caring and supportive about the kids. My child is always so happy to go there.

My boy is going almost 2 years now to this daycare. The staff is friendly and so caring.
The toddler room got such an incredible set up, daily changing plans for learning content, creative task every day, combined with find motor training.
And now even in kindy room they offer a wide range of activities. Thanks to the big effort of their staff my son is toilet trained.
Need to mention the effort of three ladies who are doing such an incredible job there: Aman, Emily and TinTin.

Our daughter has been attending this day care since February and we couldn't be happier, all educators are lovely, management is very responsive to emails and calls, we get daily reports including photos and real time updates in an app, the whole business is very transparent. Our daughter has improved her speech so much and she is now almost toilet trained thanks to the staff's efforts. All areas are kept clean, every child is getting attention because there are always enough educators around. Thank you, please keep up the great work.

The management leaves something to be desired. We had random amounts taken out of our account time and time again and months later I still haven't had a reply as to why. I have also email the 'info@communitykids' address with no reply. I have contacted the centre 4 times now over the months with no one looking into my issue for me. The place is very unorganised, my son never had his photo out on his pigeon hole so never had anywhere to leave his bag even though other kids had theirs on there. I never knew who was working as there was always random ladies who I was never introduced to. We couldn't sign our son in or out of the system and this went on for 1 month and no one gave us an answer as to why, even after letting them know. Gate was left open many many times when I arrived, took months to get this fixed, was a major safety issue. My son came home with a really red bum many times, we had to tell them to use cream, this should be a given at a daycare centre I would think. I could go on but I'm getting too annoyed even writing this to be honest.

I highly recommend community kids Morley. The staff are so friendly and amazing with the kids. My sons been going since he was 5 months and he loves it! He’s always so happy going in and when I pick him up! I always feel safe in the knowledge he’s in good hands! I love seeing what he’s been up to at the end of the day with the daily email. They’re very accommodating with the an extra times I need to put him in even at short notice.

Nightmare experience. The least welcoming place for a new mother new to the daycare experience. Disorganised and stressful. The girls in the babies room were lovely but the management and system hierarchy to this place is ridiculous. Questions are never answered, always passed on to the next person. Ezidebit direct debit is the only way to pay, they never sent the enrolment details or answered any queries about rebates and rates so took two weeks full fees in advance without giving a date it was to be debited, a week later took even more money while the issue was still not fixed. Other parents need to be fully aware of centres using xplor and ezidebit. It’s not worth the hassle.

The staff are fantastic - they are very approachable, lovely with the children, and seem to really enjoy their job. They have a nice balance between free play and scheduled activities. The kids are outside playing in the fresh air every chance they get. My daughter has been happy there for the past four years.

I'm so glad I chose this centre for my daughter. The staff are so lovely, caring, kind and helpful. The centre manager was also so nice and accommodating during the initial transition stage making the process of leaving my daughter there for the first time much less daunting. You can tell that the carers really do care for the kids and my daughter is learning so much from them. I recommend this place to all my friends.

This centre is fantastic my child has been in this daycare for very long time 4 and halfyears.all the staff are very good, the place is clean and everyone is very helpfull.my daughter likes it more.

My daughter loves going to daycare here. The educators are all lovely and so dedicated to the childrens well-being. They provide nutritional meals and plenty of physical and mental learning opportunities. It is so comforting to know my daughter is in such good hands when I cannot be with her.

I have two kids in the center and they love it. The rooms are large and the staff friendly. The food must be good as my son always has lots! Love the online app that keeps me informed of there sleep, meals and day activities

My boy loves coming here. He always has an interesting story to share from the day. He's made lots of great friends with the kids (and the staff!). They are very well organised and there's always lots for him to do. I am always confident leaving my boy in their more than capable care.

One of the best centers I've ever used, our children have been going there for over 2 years now & the staff have become like a second family to our children, they take such pride & ethic in their work & you can see they love the kids to bits, there's so much warmth and happiness in the rooms and the staff are well educated & the food is very nutritional, the kids love it! They always come home telling us how their day was & all the fun exciting things they did throughout the day.they keep you up to date with your little ones activities throughout the day & give you a presentation book at the end of each year full of photos and arts n crafts your child has done as well showing their growth and development.they've been an absolute lifesaver for myself and my husband & are always accomodating where they can if we need an extra day.couldn't highly recommend them enough.

My boy has been going to this day care since he was 7 months old, he is 3 now. Jumped through most phases in the day care (Infant, Toddler now Kindy). After looking for day cares in the vicinity, we felt this was the best amongst them. And We are glad to have made that choice. Staff is accommodative and friendly. Vast play area, numerous toys to play with. The place is neat and tidy. Fresh Meal Preparation and provided in varieties. Includes learning through a Number of activities like rhymes, story telling, singing, painting, so on. I'm very pleased with the personnel and would highly recommend them.

The team at Community Kids Morley have cared for our two children for nearly two years now. They have developed strong bonds with many of the carers there and Frances has always been accommodating and sympathetic to our changing needs. The pick up and drop off service to the neighbouring primary school makes it a no brainer for our family.

My son who is now nearly 1 has been going to Community Kids since he was 5 months old, before choosing Community Kids I had gone to a few centres around however none of them were as friendly. The place is always clean and the rooms are large. Zemka, Jess, Nona and the rest of the team are amazing, friendly and they take care of my son very well Regan adores them all. Frances the centre manager is always accommodating and has a can do attitude.
Couldn't recommend the centre highly enough!
