What amazing financial concillor Victoria Shakeshafe is absolutely amazing and very understanding on were I am at. Dealing with finance can be very stressful but she understood on what I was dealing with and also very impressed with the customer service and the way she made myself and Hannah a coffee. Also the communicate is very clean and tidy and the lounge is nice and comfortable. The receptionist acknowledge s me as soon as I walked into the building.if I was allowed to give more stars I would give them 20/10.

Have been on this program for 3 yrs have asked for a resume and stated I'm more then happy to get a job but got told I have to do a Tafe course for 1, day to do a resume have never offered any help what so ever they don't call back when U request completely useless should be shut down only thing there good for is suspending my pay every fortnight saying I've missed appointments when I clearly haven't will be looking for my own work and getting off Centrelink asap

Went here for BTG (Bridging the Gap) Employability skills training certificate from my job provider AtWork. Pauline long helped me throughout the course to obtain the certificate.

I rang for help it took 20 mins to get thru (which is fine as i know there a lot of people asking for help. BUT the woman couldn't even speak english properly.i REPEATED my name 20 times and in the end i ran out of credit. SO I DIDNT GET ANY HELP AND KNOW HAVE NO CREDIT

Not very well managed at all and this is an organization that helps people in the community. I'm talking about the office situated in cockburn absolutely disgusting this place is only just standing keep away, this office should be ashamed of it's self

They give u a phone app for a certain time u wait comes an hr later still no phone call, so I ring them only to b told sorry the lady changed her mind and will b coming in later that she will ring at some point during day!

So rude and unhelpful. Clearly the people that work here hate their jobs enough to take it out on customers. I only gave it one star because you have to give at least one before you can review, otherwise I wouldn't have given this place a star at all. I strongly suggest customers transfer away if they would like to be treated with respect and being taken seriously.
