15Horrible people with no respect to people. Manager Emma is rude and disrespectful. Her rudeness and misconduct is as big as her looks.
Not a great place to be a genuine guy with skills to want to work coz age comes into it this is true to
11 months later I can edit my review with some confidence. Since they moved to the new building things have greatly improved & the phone gets answered too.
NEVER answer the phone. I rang Joondalup office, they answered 1st time. Lovely lady sent an email to Mirrabooka to call me urgently. Still waiting & STILL not answering phone. Been trying every day for a week! What sort of a place is this?
Wonderful people wonderful service individualised to my needs - I hope to work again one day and its through the kindness practical support and consideration if such people that I have have a belief that this might be possible
I have had (or was supposed to have) 5 interview/appointments in total with these guys. Every single time they have messed up either the date or the time. I could get prior notice a week before my appointment and then when I turn turn up they still have no idea why im there because apparently I don't have an appoontment. Also, they a sign in their lobby that says "Thanks alot Communicare! ". Alot isnt a word.
They don't want to help you, they have jobs and you don't so they think they are better than you
Sat across the road from them waiting for my appointment time and saw one of their case workers going out for a smoke 3 times in 15 minutes
Worst place I've been, been trying to call them for the past 2 weeks never answer their phones when they do they put you on hold to someone that says they can't help you I'll get your case manager to call you back to discuss and organize a new appointment and they don't call you back so you end up getting cut from payments
Unfriendly. Toilets were neve cleaned and couldn't engage with the staff as most of them just treated you like crap and think you are beneath them. Shame, I was hoping a point of difference. But never happened, so transferred out.
Tried to call several times to offer employment opportunity's for unemployed. They need to be audited
They never pick up the phone, they never call back! The your case worker does not reply to your emails, they expect lots from their clients but none of themselves
Pls find another work placement network provider or you never find any support from this company!
Absolutely appalling customer service, they are absolutely incapable of helping anyone find work or just helping in general, this is where souls go to die and it should be shut down so they don't continue too waste taxpayers money.
A group of amazing staff dealing with some of Perth's least employable people under adverse conditions. Angels!
Untrustworthy and makes unemployment even harder and more debilitating than it already is. No genuine interest in finding people jobs, only keeping people locked in this sick system that exploits the unemployed

Useless, pointless company that provides nothing of value to its clients. Has no interest in assisting people with finding jobs. Inefficient business and an absolute waste of taxpayers money. Govt should look at changing providers.
