Hopeless trying to call, better off taking a massive trip just to reschedule appointments that being said, after my calls finally went through, my reason for changing my appointment was not good enough even though it was out of my control. And was explained why it was out of my control, yet still not good enough for them. Requesting a new provider next time i go. Done with these people.
Since the new team have taken over it is now a very unpleasant place to deal with, staff poor at dealing with the clients. Very rude on the telephone, treated me like something you find on the bottom of your shoe. This place needs a serious shake up!
Since the new crew have taken over not very friendly nor forth coming Toni is a delightful fresh breath of air in there but i can't say much for the rest of the team.i get the can't be bothered attitude
