Bought furniture online and chose click and collect as the pick up option. Order was 3 different items, the last item took a month to come instore. Although the website did not state pre-order or not instock. Poor communication i had to call numerous times to see if my items were ready to be picked up. Certainly not impressed at all with this store. The items are fantastic though, the only positive to my shopping experience with this store.
