People need to have reasonable expectations with regards to delivery time frames, and product availability, it seems many don’t. 4 staff in the store when I went in, and I was the only customer, but the service was woeful.a catalogue was put in front of me, and told to look in there, no customer care or service at all, so I left and went somewhere else.
It took 2 weeks for my lounge to get from Perth to Albany, I had to chase it up then 2 and half weeks to deliver it, will be going elsewhere for furniture in the future.
Good range of products. 9/10 times when visiting.battling for attention from staff, most often they let you walk in, walk around and walk out without any acknowledgment whatsoever.
