Collins Street Surgery

Not sure why this surgery has 5 stars! Waited 1.10hrs with a 3 year old along with an absolutely packed waiting room. This doctors surgery is a joke! They blame it on new doctors taking too long and hot doc booking service for the schedule of appointments but it’s because they want as many appointments $$ as they can and don’t care if people are waiting because doctors are taking too long! It’s a joke of a surgery and will not be going back. They weren’t even calling people to tell them their appointments were 1hr wait. Plenty of kids waiting same time as us. Not good enough!

Appointments available but not taking anyone new! That’s unreal! I’ve lived in Kalgoorlie so long and can’t get in anywhere else ASAP

April has always provided great service to myself and our family, and will always be our "family doctor".

She co-managed with our obstetrician when we had our girls, and has always been there for any thing that has come up along the way.

Easy booking and check in, and my appointment was on time. Very happy with Dr Raj, he took time to discuss my health issues and ways to address them.

Dr Raj is absolutely brilliant. Such a down to earth, straight forward and patient doctor. He listens intently, truly “hears” what I have to say and feel. He spends time with me without rushing me even if he is busy. First class doctor this guy. 110% recommend Dr Raj to anyone. Tell him straight. He’ll tell you straight. Bless xx
