Collier Park Retirement Village

My wonderful Nana is there and it has a fun duck pond, lots of cute little dogs and lovely gardens to stroll through and look at, what a wonderful place, reminds me of the Botanical gardens in Singapore

After searching retirement living facilities for many, many months, I was told by an old school friend about Collier Park Retirement Village. She introduced me to her cousin who lives in the village who allowed me to view her unit in the village. I went straight to the office to enquire about residency possibilities for my husband and me. The most important factor for us was that we could only rent and not purchase in any village.

From that moment on we received nothing but professional and empathetic treatment from Genevieve, Jackie and Tina. We put ourselves on the (very) long waiting list and understood that we had to TRY to be patient while we moved up the list.

Then, out of the blue, I received a call from Jackie asking me to come to view a unit that had become available to rent. I was so surprised but I rushed to the village and was taken to the unit which we now live in.

We are so happy living here - the people in our little street are wonderful yet not intrusive. The ladies in the office are super efficient and always have time for a chat. I could go on and on about this wonderful place, just suffice to say that it has been the best move we could have made and it has really taken the stress and worry out of where my husband and I would spend our twilight years.
