8As someone who doesn't have children (and has no idea about child safety), I was pleasently surprised today. I admired the young lady who saw a child standing on the seat of a trolley. She immediately took control of the situation and got the child to sit down. Its good to see that safety was at the forefront of her priorities and I think she deserves a special mention. Unfortunately I didn't get her name, but here is 5 stars and recognition of preventing an incident) please give her a bonus.
Totally unhelpful staff and lady at counter so rude and disrespectful, racist behavior, she need to educate herself, never will go back, won't recommend to any one.
They do not deserve even one star, but I do not have choice.
Customer service so disgusting, illtrate lady at counter, make face and stare
, ripping off customer, once they sold the product, never do refund or exchange, even same day return with receipt.
Do not recommend to anyone.

Came today to exchange a bag & was told that you only have a month & today being the 1st March & it was purchased on the 30th January.
