This is directed at management.
You really need to train your staff on how to process ALL types of returns.
The lovely and very apologetic staff member didn't know how to process an afterpay online return and rang around everywhere trying to figure it out. Sadly it was way over her head and it couldnt be done in store by her.
Seriously train your staff the ins and outs of the till. Spend time with them doing mock situations.she looked like she was so stressed trying to figure it out.
Management print out a "how to" booklet for then help them out.
I am so glad they have opened college again. It always has a beautiful selection of nags and accessories at great prices
Seems the staff find it more interesting to gossip behind the counter rather than serve the customers. At no stage did myself or three other customers be offered assistance.
Love that they had alot of bags to look at but customer service was horrible walked in with no acknowledgment or smile workers too busy talking to each other or to even help me.
