Coles Whiteman Edge

Think staff need to be educated on how to pack groceries. If I bring in 3 bags don’t stuff everything into one bag that ends up being way too heavy. And definitely don’t put a hot chicken on cold foods. Use some common sense!

Placed my first online order, went to collect, asked staff about the click and collect process, none of them knew and tried to deflect, 3 x incompetent, rude and ignorant. How do these people get a job here
Needless to say I WILL NOT shop here

Clean, easy and simple to find things, just stupid how high some of the prices are getting

It's a supermarket, departmental store, having a a multi-brand under one roof, and a sprate liquorland store where a large number of alcohol brands of reputed companies are being displayed today I have noticed some new stock at racks, like dry fruits, vegetables juices, and bakery items, found some renunciation when visited this store after a gap of 09 months

This is a great coles. It's big, clean toilets, parking decent, lots of choices for food.:)

A great local Coles. Always stocked up, near and tidy. Everything looks and feels fresh all round. Convenience is the best part!

Rude staff - cannot see how they can keep their jobs with the attitude they have towards customers.

Staff service was pretty bad, was waiting to get my cigarette about 4 mins, 1 of staff saw me was standing wait for service but she ignored me until i waved and asked her then she called her work mate to serve me. Rude staff.

As a local, this store has been well stocked during Covid and all legislative measures have been adhered to for making staff and customers safe. The staff are amazing, as a daily regular, they greet me and smile behind their masks! The Customer Service desk and express tills are great with no wait, always there to help me. The Supervisors of all departments, meat, bakery, fruit and veg etc are very knowledgeable. Keep up the great work,

Nice large store, wasn't busy when I visited. Lots of stock on shelves and heaps of space to move around.

Nice store, very large. Really good selection of stuff.had enough staff on checkout didn't have to wait long to be served.

I love this Coles, but last few times Ive ordered online on pick up it hasn't registered that I'm there.

Today I called the store and when transferred a lady told me that she had the headset on and I wasn't far enough forward for it to register. I asked how far forward you need to be and she didn't know.

I drive a small SUV.the drivers window was a little bit passed the speaker. If I moved any further in I would have to yell to be heard. Maybe mark a line that shows where the car needs to be? I do miss the ability to press the button and call but am guessing that became problematic

Might also be good to check the sensor as this is now the 4th time I've had the issue. Other 3 times someone has actually come out and flagged me in.

The person wasn't rude or anything, I just genuinely think the sensor needs a good look over. Apart from that service is great.

I like this coles. They actually have a few more parking spots for seniors.not like allenbrook where theres 2.

I don't live locally, but this store is the best Coles I've been to.
There are always heaps of car spaces and the variety of foods
better than any other Coles I've seen.

Customer service is very hit and miss. Some staff are excellent but unfortunately most are totally uninterested. You are expected to always use the self serve checkouts, and when you ask someone if you can get a checkout open because you have a big trolley full of stuff you get an eye roll and a “fine I’ll open up a check out for you”

What a beautiful coles so modern and refreshing to visit it, absolutely love that this place is my new local
