Not enough registers open. Self serve check-outs are so inconveniently located back to back with express counters. Barely enough space to move in between.
Mundeep possibly a worst person to be in a customer service job, he had a badge A manager on training. Clearly Coles are desperate for staff, so hiring some RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL Person like him, As well as a lady name Monika. I bought a box of item where I confirmed with two staff Nick and another lady who were inside the store, I asked her if I can buy the box as there is no sign with item limits then she said yes I can, I asked again are you sure she then confirmed with a person name Nick, they both said yes I can but when I came to C/out that Monika lady was so rude and took off my box showing a sign way far away from the counter, when I explain to her there had no sign next to the item which used to be there so I confirmed with two people inside who were no nice and very polite, but Monika was totally opposite - really rude, then she call that guy name Mundeep who came in and starts arguing with me which I wasn't interested to - no time for rude people, I will better shop somewhere else. I hope Coles get some staff/Manager with manners or who knows the meaning Customer Service.

I live locally, just cross the street on Cambridge Street, Coles west Leederville makes thousands of money from me, Today I had a feeling I would rather drive to go to Floreat Woolworths or Wembley IGA to avoid this kind of rude service. I hope Coles west Leederville gets some staff/Manager with manners or who knows the meaning of Customer Service.
Parking is ok, but remember to get a ticket. Free for short time but pay after. Store is small. It's clean. Not enough registers open. Prefer you to self service so they can make more profit then employing people.
Very handy store. Close to the train lines and opens every day until 9pm weekdays and 5pm weekends. Good prices with a good range.
Some staff is good and some is weird. The Indian girl on the checkout is usually rude for no reason. The stocking staff is cool and they are also Indian so don't have anything against their staff in general. The place well kept and bright. Usually quiet so you can do your shopping without rush.
I do door dash and when I went to pick up order I was told to wait one hour, I had to cancel the order and I waste 20 minutes driving to Coles and waiting.

Disgusting rude staff. The girl was so rude. There is always a way to talk to your customer. Put a sign of limitation on items, like the rest of the things that you always do. EXPLAIN NICELY. YOU'RE NOT A COW OR CLOWN IN UNIFORM! HAVE A LITTLE RESPECT WHEN OPENING YOUR MOUTH
This rude girl just told me off, showing authority. Classic no basic manners. AND she was lucky I am a calm person. Plus, telling a customer, who have been supporting the business with thousands of dollars per week, that if a customer buys a lot, and they won't know that the item is finished and it would upset other customers. THIS is NOT what a business should tell other customers.
Isn't it your job to monitor, assess, and update the stocks, the availability of the things in your workplace?
Isn't your job is ensuring things are on shelves to be sold? I'm not talking about toilet paper.
SUPER RUDE. TEACH YOUR STAFFS HOW to DEAL WITH CUSTOMERS.
This kind of bad attitude people, don't deserve business, or a good customer.
I don't mind the deli section and the self service produce section. Never been a fan of the narrow range of brands and selection. Veggies last in the fridge ok.
My second favourite Coles (first being Coles from Subiaco Square) always well stocked and clean and staff are friendly.
Excellent. On some days my friends and I sneak off from school and we squeeze into the holy haven we call coles. We enter and gain the sheer aura of happiness just by walking inside. The cool air conditioning saves us from the sizzling heat as we wriggle our way through the aisles.
Better than I expected. Wasn't very busy, and was able to pick up all items I needed. Clean and spacious, and well stocked.
My favourite Coles. The store is super clean and consistently well stocked. Everything is always arranged perfectly! Staff are pleasant and always helpful. Anisha in the deli department is exceptionally friendly, always smiling, and has the best dinner suggestions - her fantastic attitude and helpfulness is one of the reasons why I love this Coles!
As a formal coles manager, I was so disappointed that head office can be above such a poor stocked coles, 3: 15pm on a Sunday, bakery -no bread rolls no buns, deli no Frankfurt’s, then proceeded to tell me some in the fridge, but only chicken ones?
Then I proceeded to dairy department to ask the lady doing the rework cage if anyone can check out the back for someone from bakery as no one else was on the shop floor.then she just told me to go to the front of the store, then proceeded to stand and the service counter for a further 10 minutes as it was completely unattended.

Stop cutting your rem on Sunday’s so you can blow out on other departments that are lacking.
I’m sure if Pat walked into that store today, you’d all know about it.

Went to Coles in west leederville this morning around 9.30am, most of the fruit and vegetable shelves were empty. Only one till operating so decided to go through the self serve but after three attempts I gave up. Coles staff told me my bag (which I bough in to use) was to heavy.did mention to the staff member why they can’t they open the 12 items or less but no.
Unhappy customer
Pretty stock standard Coles as far as they go, but situated conveniently next to a post office, chemist and liquor store.
Upstairs parking is a nightmare, but they offer basement and rooftop parking, which is free for 2 hours (with free ticket).
I went into Coles to get food to restock the kitchen at Marshall Michael and I got all the things I needed then I went to the self serve check out and I put in a $50 note and it’s gave me $5 change then a grumpy non friendly women came and started yelling at us and couldn’t even fix the problem so she went and got a young polite boy to come and fix it but it wouldn’t work so after 10 mins of waiting we eventually got told that we can just got to the services counter to get the rest of the change and left.very disappointed!

Well I just want to say that is very painful to be served by that guy on the deli he is the worst person in costumer service I have ever seen arrogant you should find another job my friend disgusting
