Great store love Warnbro Coles. Awesome variety, heeps of room to move, not overcrowded, great selection of products

This is my review of the supermarket Coles, in Wanrbro.
Quickly following an appointment of violent teeth extraction I made my way to the Coles of Warnbro. I came in search of supplies to fuel me for the coming days of agony. Here I met the manager, who made a spectacular recommendation of the drinks aisle (which looked immaculate). I could tell by his sheer focus and impressive determination that he was committed to making the fresh meats section look pristine. A great man with an amazing work ethic.
I then moved on to the deli counter, where I found a woman who was clearly passionate about her job. She had a very professional attitude towards serving customers, and she showed no signs of being tired or stressed at all. Her enthusiasm was infectious, and it inspired me to buy some delicious chicken breasts. They were so good that they almost made up for the pain in my mouth.
The checkout queue wasn't too bad. It seemed like the store had been well staffed today. The cashier was polite and efficient, which was just what I needed after such a stressful day. He was also very friendly and helpful when I asked him if there was any chance of getting a discount on my groceries because of how much pain I was in. His response was "No problem, " and he gave me a 10 percent off coupon as a token of appreciation.
Overall, this is one of the best supermarkets I've ever visited. The staff are always friendly and happy to help you out. And the food is pretty damn tasty. If I lived here, I'd probably be a regular customer.

Clean, quiet, displays not in the way. Though limited variety of frozen chips for the last few months! And limited variety of frozen pizza's. Some items shelves still empty in areas.

Placed an online order today which had pizza roles in the order there is fruit fly's crawling thru the packaging of what is meant to be fresh baked product today

Called Warnbro store they said to call support line not their issue since it was an online order from their website and because they don't deliver using Coles delivery they use a 3rd party that it's not their problem.all they said is they would check their products

Clean, open wide aisles an easy shopping experience. Comparable range of food stuffs and small kitchen appliances. Very amiable staff.

Great to grab a few bits of shopping, not the best Coles but not the worst friendly staff.

Extremely disappointed that after being antagonized then verbally attacked attacked by a staff member while I was speaking to a manager, that she is still employed or at the very least removed from working the front of house with direct access to customers. That is absolutely shameful and disgusting. This same employee has refused service to another customer for no reason. This same staff member has also tried to gatner support from customers by speaking poorly to them of the customer before. Two more people have spoken up about this staff member's attitude. This is not the way to take care of a loyal customer and it's only fair to put the information out there so customers can make an informed decision to choose if they should patronize a business based on your treatment of loyal customers. Before this and for the rest of the staff, I have nothing but good things to say.

Coles is a great place to shop asthey have nice fresh produce and a good variety of all your shopping needs.

My go to local shop. Friendly staff but even though it has had a facelift recently still seems to feel dated

A week or so ago i went to this colds and saw a young man get abused by a customer, after i witnessed the same customer shove an employee.the young man stood his ground when the customer was ripping into both employees.good job to those two, that young mans a top bloke.stand your ground

Nice store layout, theybsed to stock Swisse Hemp seed oil + Green tea & with tumeric, but don't seem to carry anymore!

NOTE! Is it me or has food prices gone up by at least $1.50 and more? Not good.wages haven't gone up.need to keep their pencil sharp Coles Warnbro

Coles Stocklands Baldivis is the only place to shop. Great friendly service happy smiling helpful staff always willing to go that extra mile to provide top professional customer satisfaction job well done keep up the fantastic work

Store looks great after recent upgrade. Deli always has fresh hams and other deli meats well priced and good variety. Staff always friendly and courteous, good place to shop.

Love the new upgrade and bigger range of freshly made meals, vegetarian options, staff always helpful and friendly

No matter which Coles, they're definitely lagging in the "supermarket " stakes. The customer is supposed to be able to select items they actually want, as opposed to being forced to purchase what the supermarket tells them they want. More and more the choice of brand named products is becoming less and more of their own brand on the shelves. They need to go over to the UK and research how to run a proper supermarket such as Asda or Morrison's. Neither Coles - or for that matter Woolworths - have the foggiest idea and would be right at the bottom of the ladder if the tried to open up over there. As a customer I want to know that I can get my ENTIRE food shop under one roof and not be told that I can no longer buy a product I'd been buying previously, but should be available at a bigger store that is not easy for me to get to. Also being told I can only buy the "light" version as opposed to full fat version of a lactose free cream - MY CHOICE NOT THE STORES CHOICE! I go to this store as woolies is just as bad. Unfortunately Aldi don't cover all my requirements either. Bring decent and proper supermarkets here instead if these pseudo dictatorships.

Always my "go to" store for grocery items but goodness knows why Warnbro/Secret Harbour Coles is readjusting their store. Saw signs of public coffee making facilities, how silly. What happens if someone drops a hot coffee on a child while pushing their trolley. Poor staff have to clean up! Thought before action should be taken into account. People could slip or pretend to slip & I hear those lawyer hands rubbing with glee! Sorry, I have to be honest!

Very unhappy with the "new coles". All those self checkouts are taking jobs from staff, robbing the customer of the person to person experience which is great for the elderly who enjoy exchanging a few words with the staff. They get a repore and feel safe and welcomed. No longer having a butcher is another poor move. The butcher knows and can advise on the right meat for what you want to do, can help make sure you have the right portion size. This is just to name a few downfalls to the "new coles". We are now no longer a valued customer but a number that buys products. I haven't spoken to one person who doesn't feel the same as I do. I may spend a little more shopping at IGA but at least there, we still get humans to deal with.

I love shopping at Coles. Most of the time, it has everything I need for my family. It's clean, tidy and well presented, and the staff are helpful and awesome.
