Awful staff, I called to ask about a grant application for a charity event I'm doing. The application was submitted over a week ago and after being on hold for 10 minutes, the staff abruptly hung up the call on my face. This has happened twice today.

This is the forth time this month i've had to return rotten fresh produce to Coles Subiaco.

The first was an onion, all of them were slightly soft so I picked the hardest one, when I got home it was rotten inside. The second, a 6 pack of Kiwi fruit, the first was bruised, going bad & too soft to eat so I threw it away, get rest are inedible. The third, a tomato that was all sludgy inside. The forth, a celery. All of them were limp & hanging down so I picked the best one there, when I got home the inside was unusable, plus I buy the full celery because I want the leaves but they cut them off now?

Needless to say I shop at Woolies for my veggies now, your guaranteed they're always gonna be fresh & you wont be wasting time going back & forth returning items & battling to get your money back from the staff.

Terrible customer service at self-checkout. They helped me to check out with a completely rude, disrespectful manner as if I’m going to steal something. It really disgusts me. And ended up with charging extra items which I was unaware of. Is that how a monopoly provides staff training?

Coles Subiaco is a quick go to place for shopping. It’s family friendly and has lots of baby stuff to choose from.

Large Coles shop with a great Target Store upstairs. Under ground parking, 3 hours free. Near Subiaco train station.

1.awful staff (except for the deli staff) to the point we have now changed to a different supermarket company, after years of having an issue of having an issue almost every week we go in, we just stopped and asked ourselves what are we doing coming back here.

2.have used click and collect 4 times, each time has been a major issue from missing items that they claimed they gave us and having to wait for over 30 mins just to get to the point where someone would head to get the bags even though you have to book a pick up time, they will also try to pack damaged items, eg a can that has a dent in it, a vacuum sealed pack that has been ripped etc

3.each time i have asked for a promise note because a special priced item is not in the store, a big song and dance is made about it like i'm asking for something i'm not entitled to.this list goes on and on, we will just hit up the opposition across the road.thats enough now

Mostly, I love shopping for quality produce (stunning lettuces and vegetables) as well as grained bread freshly baked. Fully stocked No shortages. Fast assisted checkout.free parking.super convenience. Great staff.

so he called ️ them and they said they would give him the sercicci desk but but then they umm sent him to 4️ different people befor the Servo️ desk and then they they said umm we don't have it.

Great you get 3hr free parking underneath. Coles is quite big, but don't go there Sunday afternoon to buy fresh veggies not much on the shelf and some of what was left we chose not to buy.not the freshest and at today's prices. No Thanks!

No mobile reception past fruit and veg (On Telstra network, don’t know about the others). Makes it impossible to use my shopping list app.
Range of products is pretty good.

Half price Crunchy Nut Cornflakes this week! "Ttthhheeeyyy'rrrreee Great! ". (oh, hang on, that's Frosties isn't it).

Well laid out, great range of fresh produce, clean and covid safe. Plenty of underground parking, easy access to the shops.

I like the convenience of the free parking in the underground carpark, with Coles at the top of the travelator. Very quick and easy to drop in and grab a few things and that is the most important thing. Ease and convenience.

Good luck looking up last minute recipe ingredients, calling home to check if there's milk, or even listening to Spotify whilst shopping; absolutely no phone reception past the fruit & veg section, with no wifi to supplement the dead zone. The shop itself is fine, but not being able to look anything up or access my cloud-based online shopping list is a real downer.

Worst Coles in Perth. Completely out of trolleys on last visit. Empty shelves, spilled mess in aisles. Froze food section full of poor quality Chinese produce. Useless automated checkout system. Won't shop here anymore moving to Woolworths

The worst of all Coles stores. So many empty cardboard boxes on the shelves and the time 10.30am. This seems to be the norm

The Coles shopping experience was good but it was tainted by how rude the owner of the carpark downstairs was. He was yelling at a few different people (including me) and threatening to clamp our cars even though the parking is free for 3hrs? Very rude and won't come back to this Coles.

Have to say I am totally unimpressed with this store.
I shopped there this morning at about 9.30.
Firstly, there were no antiseptic wipes for the trolleys, ANYWHERE - all dispensers were empty, I had to go find a staff member to refill them.
Secondly, I bought 2 packets of the apple & cinnamon rolls. I have opened one pack to have one and they are so stale and not at all palatable. On checking the date baked, it was 1st July - today is the 3rd. I tried ringing the store to express my dissatisfaction, but no one is answering phones! I will return these next time I am in the area, am not going to make a special trip back to do this, and I would expect a refund and also a response from the manager.
