Coles Scarborough

Very unplesant girl working the Self Checkout area the morning of January 11th. Friendly service is important for Customers.

Super market itself is good and staff are friendly. It's just trying to park here is a nightmare!

Went to Coles in Scarborough to get some frozen peas for my kids dinner at 8: 53pm. They close at 9pm. I was told they were closed by a very arrogant employee and he couldn't let me in. I explained that all I needed were the peas. It would've taken 2 minutes for me to get it all done. The guy was rude and adamant he couldn't let me in. If they were apologetic and explained they had a policy not to let people in some time earlier than the 9pm close that would be fine. But, the guy was clearly on some sort of strange power trip. I'm on holiday from Melbourne. Weird experience.

Fri 8 am carpark full, went to Woolworth and spent $300+. Not the first time happens regularly in summer. Beach and restaurant goers filling carpark. Have been going to Scarborough Coles since it opened. Getting too hard to shop there now looking around for alternatives.

Shame that the parking is bad thanks to city of Stirling removing over 200 car parking bays and people not caring that shoppers can't find parking thanks to food places taking up parking and the council don't do anything about it

Rip off prices on old veggies, along with a lit of overpriced stock with limited range overall get my drift

Very bad customer service. I shop there twice a week and every time I'm being overcharged because either stuff putting incorrect produce and/or item not priced as a discounted. Then I waste 10 to 15 mins waiting to be refunded if I'm lucky to check my receipt straight away. Sometime I find mistakes at home. Manager Sharon processed my plums yesterday as white peaches, overcharged me. I found a mistake straight there. Will shop at Woolworths or Aldi from now on. Too bad Coles. Train your stuff properly.

Hi , today we parked in the Luna Maxi carpark and someone has reversed or driven straight into our car and left major damage,no note was left , is there any chance there is Cct footage in this car park? Or anyone we can contact to discuss further?

I do like this Coles as it's always easy to find the things I need and the staff here are very helpful and friendly too.

Friendly staff and reasonable range of products. I do have a bit of a problem with the trollies in the sloping car park.

Coles Scarborough has a big selection of scoop and weigh goodies which are great for someone who just wants a little bit of nuts and a little bit of chocolate as you just pay for what you purchase.

Seafood section of this store disma.i was looking for raw king orawns seafood section accommodate's not even 1%of the fridge area.im off to woolworths innaloo.l

Terrible store very messy unorganised.
Merchandising is non excistent, promotions on ends have been the same for over a year.
Produce department is lazy not appealing.
The deli counter is appaling I can not understand why coles dont take advantage of this store location. So much opportunity wasted is actually quiet scary how bad this store is and shows me the standards that coles set.

This supermarket is the closest supermarket to my house but has a few flaws. The carpark is ridiculously busy and parking can be a hassle. Inside the store the staff are friendly and helpful. However the store is in need of a refresh and is looking tired. Stock can be hit and miss for some items.

Friendly staff but there is never any stock. Shelves are always empty, freezers not full and barely any meat. Even before the pandemic.

The carpark is always full with people going to the beach and not shopping. Very frustrating to try to go to the shop. Even the overflow carpark was nearly full at 11am. When the shop was opening. Needs work as well. Not easy to negotiate

Well the first day of 8: 00am pensioners did not work.it’s was a free for all no one was checking. No meat or toilet paper. Lots of fresh veggies

Wouldn't let me in to buy one pack of pasta at 3 minutes before close! You close AT 5 not before!

Love seeing Yvonne who has worked at Coles forever, excellent customer service. Parking can be an issue on weekends.
