Coles Lakelands

Dystopia shop and staff
Store is generally well stocked but the latest refurbishment looks and feels like something out of Black mirror.
Now even if you go through a checkout staff have to actuate electronic gates.
I'm a Disability carer and some Accusatory Coles random said she had to search my Medication bag before exit.
There was a an old half full Honey Tube for my my diabetic client in emergencies.
All pumped up with power the staff member said unless I had a receipt I would have to surrender it. It wasnt even their brand they stock, it was Aldi. Even with my Nursing scrubs on she didn't waiver.
I said call the police, she then garbled into her Ear piece and the electronic gates opened. Do they really have this power? Do we get trapped in unless we comit to be searched?
I will not return to this Branch as I'm sure their CCTV will single me and my Care home people out.
Creepy staff, Dystopia Wesfarmers, stupid us for putting up with this.

Coles (Catraz) has the new security gates and the wardens at them will NOT let you leave even empty handed to go to the toilet. I strongly recommend shopping elsewhere especially if you are on diuretics or have young children.

Checkout workers are so lovely, and my daughter loves it when we come through the self serve check outs here when she was an infant and more restless they would help keep her calm and entertained?

Always happy to shop here. Staff very knowledgeable and helpful. Has not changed since last time.

Possibly the worst coles in wa never stocked up enough food never fresh spoils really fast I give up gojng there

I'm giving Lakelands 1 star because I did an online order and they substitute an item that did not match and could not be used. I didn't notice until a week later when I tried to use the item and because of this delay they 'couldn't' refund me. Woolworths here we come!

Wow now open until 9pm. Such a disappointment, worse than during covid. Empty shelves and ridiculous prices. Will they be like Qantas with huge profits? Got to the checkouts, all closed by 6.30. Only express available, omg with a full trolley so difficult and awkward. Will never go back to the Lakeland's Coles again. Tsk, Tsk

A good range of products and services.
I visit a range of Coles stores and am able to easily navigate their layout, picking up food and goods quickly and easily as well as being competitively priced. Although I still shop at Aldi first because of their prices and unusual products.

Don't often shop at Coles, however after yesterday's visit I will be frequenting Coles more often.

Newish store, friendly helpful staff always trying to help where they can.
They still deserve a raise.

Wow, don't call the online department with any problems, a man who hardly pronounces his words correctly will tell you it's not his fault

Delivered our Christmas food shop to the wrong address on Christmas eve then they were completely unhelpful and left us with no food on Christmas day.
Days later and still waiting to be refunded. Definitely won't be putting my trust in coles again.

Fantastic Coles Superstore. If you're a Coles shopper like I am then this Coles Supermarket will not disappoint you.

This is my favourite Coles. They always have everything in stock. They are never out of stock for long. Plenty of options as well.

Out of stocked 9 out of 29 items. Took my delivery order from $260 to $109. Absolutely shocking stock on hand.

I am going for years to Coles in lakelands, even I live in Dudley park. Was the best store but I seen the last month the meat went down hill. I came In early this morning to do my shopping and was dissapointed with the meat area as I buy all our meat at this store, so I ask one of the ladies in the cold meat section what's going on, she said they did let the butchers go. That was a big mistake that was what made lakelands Coles the best Coles around.

Love Coles BUT no Coles tissues or Coles Baby wipes. 3 Coles stores and all did not have these items which I needed

Very well stocked supermarket, previously l had not relised supermarkets stock different products only those in wealthy areas carry the full range as advertised on web sites

Great place to buy food.no beggars or zombies sighted. Geek fone repair guy inside is excellent. Good butcher and veggie place. Somebody buy the security guy some new pants please.

Seema to be more expensive than the Mandurah store on a few items. Veg isn't great for freshness.
