What I love about this Coles is that they have an average of 3-4 staffed checkouts so when you do a humungous shop after a long day at work, at least you don't have to squeeze into the self service section.

The young butcher was very efficient and knowledgeable, had been to 3 independent butchers to source a particular cut of meat the butcher knew it, and went out the back and produced exactly the right cut
A very happy customer

Had my worst Coles experience this morning at High Wycombe Coles. I was getting some bacons and noticed the tiger prawn was on special WITH THE YELLOW TAG $12 per/kilo; I asked the young lady to gave me 250g and later noticed got charged 22 per/kilo; So I went back and the young lady was busy serving other customers and Cheryl who is the manager of the Deli serviced me, I explained what had happened, she quickly REMOVED THE YELLOW TAG with the price of $12 and said to me that is the wrong price, $12 is for the bag behind (which is much smaller) ; I said then can I hv 250g of that bag of prawns? She said “NO, you hv to I take the whole bag! ” (which is at least 1.5KG) ”. I was so shocking! You put the wrong price tag there, and also refused to get the amount of customers wants!? ! Hv to take the whole bag? !
I asked to speak to the manager, Cheryl said I am the manager (of Deli). Then I asked to speak to the store manager, she asked me to wait, after being waiting there for a while, I asked her is the manager coming? Cheryl said I hv called her anyway.
Later I had to asked other Coles staff for the Store manager and she came to me quickly, I explained what had happened, she apologised; however I still can not can not believe what had happened. Cheryl is so rude with poor customer service, can not believe she is the manager of the Deli!

Modern, fresh and easily accessible. Great smaller shops nearby like Bakers Delight, newsagent and post office.

The worst vege section of any supermarket I've been too in the foothills area. Most products are either poor quality or out of stock.

Always my first choice to do my fortnightly shopping. Rarely leave without all that I want. Staff are great at High Wycombe, so service is always the best. Recommend hands down as a great shopping experience.

Coles High Wycombe is a great place to shop. Staff are very friendly and helpful.
Shelves most times are well stocked.
Would be good to see more help at checkouts.

Customer service assistant carol was very rude. When I was trying to ask her about something she didn’t even listen to me & was busy to talking with other staff members and make weird face. If she is not interested in the job or providing guidance to the customer then she should leave that job Really bad service

Nice staff, easy to navigate, small but well stocked. Steady amount of customers, not exceptionally busy, making shopping non-stressful.

Cake fridge and meat department always have poor range and low stock. Rest of store clean and pretty nice.
I use this coles for top up shopping but go to Midland to do main shopping in a bigger and fuller store.

This used to be my regular store but not any more. No longer keeping items I have been purchasing for years. Staff informed me head office considered this store as small, and as such would no longer be keeping quite a number of my regular purchases. But I could go to there larger store in Forrest field where I could purchase what I needed. So I voted with my feet and now shop at my IGA store in Kalamunda and they bend over backwards to get any item I need. They also cook their own roast meats and dinners, bake their own bread and much much more

Pretty typical as far as supermarkets go, some days seem to be understaffed as only a couple checkouts open.

Lovely staff, good size and range of produce, never seems too busy or congested in the isles like some Coles stores

Go here all the time because it's close. Mostly have no complaints but often the products I want are not in stock (today for example, no ginger), would not be their fault, they can't have everything all the time. The compact trolleys are almost always not available. They are popular with small quantity shoppers but they just don't have enough of them. Get more please! Staff almost always very helpful and so friendly, a few have been downright testy and ignorant but all the other very good experiences more than make up for them. The fruit and vegie prices are usually too high; if a small Asian fruit shop can sell cheaper fruit and vegies than a major supermarket chain, which would pay the lowest prices for their produce, there is clearly profiteering going on. Mushrooms are ALWAYS overpriced, virtually never buy them from here. But to make up for the everyday overpricing they often have good specials on which I take good advantage of. So all in all, it often makes up for it.

I also like the plastic bag recycling station, well done guys.

The cooked chickens are terrible, have tried two over a couple of years and both were awful. That is compared to Woolies Forrestfield roast chickens which are super great. Coles High Wycombe should send someone down there to learn how to cook tasty roast chicken. They also lose a star for the incredibly irritating self serve checkouts. That reminder of "Do you wish to continue" is soooooo annoying. Please Coles, go and copy the Woolworths self serve checkouts, they are so much better and don't have that stupid voice. For example, in produce they have a selection called "Citrus" which encompasses all those, such as lemons, oranges, mandarins, grapefruit etc, much easier and logical than the Coles ones. The Coles checkouts must be a huge frustration for the attending staff because the buyer can't see the reduced price immediately, they have to wait a few seconds for that page to go away and the next page to appear to see how much they 'saved', or even if the system logged the reduced price. It is just stupid how they have set them up. Woolworths checkouts are just so much more user friendly and simpler to use

I live local and find Cole's helpful. But I never purchase anything from the butcher's and have found the fruit Vegas poor quality tasteless fruit. Been using shop since it first opened. Will still go there? Yes because I am lazy
