Great location, other stores like newsagents & pharmacy are nearby. The Coles staff are friendly, and the store has most anything a person could need.

Happy shopping

Located inside Haynes shopping centre. Your usual Coles. Feel the mark downs/clearance section could be much better to save wasted food.

Find it well stocked but quite a busy store

I'd like to recommend that they remove the cigarette counter and replace it with the vending machine similar to the ones in pubs, that way they could remove all service staff from the front and have me do their job of scanning my items and still pay full price on products.
No wonder Coles is reaping in profits by bunking up prices by 15% and removing 60% of service staff.

UPDATE December 2019 to September 2023 still *** NEED MORE DISABLED BAYS ***
Great place for groceries. During 2019 This Haynes Store has got busier and much busier in 2022 in the car park which was spacious and lovely when new, however it would be nice to see even more Disabled bays, in 2023 going forward as it is still sometimes hard to get a wheelchair bay mid afternoon. I think the whole line of bays close to the Click and collect bay at the back should all be disabled bays. This is close to to the store and has a lovely smooth wide ramp up to the store back entrance. This is a very busy store you NEED MORE DISABLED BAYS due to an ever increasing population. Or MORE COLES STORES!

I have been shopping at Coles for years and I always find what I need at great prices. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the store is clean and well-organized. I love their range of fresh produce, meat, deli, and bakery items, as well as their weekly specials and catalogue offers

The manager told me off for being over 12 items at the express checkout. I had 12 items but then grabbed a Freddo frog at the checkout, making it 13. She said I didn't have 13 items, it was actually 18. She then told me it included the 5 paper shopping bags, but that wasn't the point, I was over 12 items. Won't be shopping there again!

I went into Coles at Haynes this afternoon to purchase meat and vegetables to cook for the animals. At the checkout they have a restriction notice stating only 2 packs of vegetable per customer as I cook for 2 dogs my full purchase was 3 / 500g mince 2 bags of mix vegetables (because they had run out of the large pak,) 2 boxes of spinach a box of tea and a pak of Oreo biscuits. Total order $28.32 the register called up the staff member who said I could not buy the spinach total of $1.00 per box = $2.00 my question was why he said because we are running low which I had noticed. Not the customers fault if they don’t order enough to trade.so I said if I go to another shop can I then buy the spinach and was told yes! Truly for a sale of $2.00 they then list the complete sale of $28.32 asked for manager and was told he’s too busy. Last time I shop there as there are no other shops around. I’ll go to Forrest Lakes and if they also have the restrictions I can at least walk down the mall to Woolies or Aldi. Tell me how many people buy frozen spinach! Rant over

Very little stock, making weekly shop impossible. The covid panickers had also stripped the shelves

Always love shopping here. Older lady in the bakery was a bit rude when I asked her for a fresh loaf of bread this morning. She needs to remember that customers come 1st. Put down what your doing and serve. Other that that got what I needed and that's what counts

Clean and easy to access but unable to secure a trolley with an intact safety belt for my baby and lack of products available. Otherwise, a good visit with great sales.

You don't need a wheelchair lift as it is a single storey SC. But if you are coming from nearby some residents park their cars in a way that a wheelchair cannot access the shopping centre. Sometimes they smoke in the car park right near where you're walking.
It's a very big store,

An in-store bakery is here and a good deli and fish section but I have seen racial profiling by self checkout staff and that leaves a bad taste in my mouth so I try to avoid this Coles where possible as I don't believe that in this day and age, that is acceptable.

Although there was a wait to get out through the checkouts my experience at the checkout was fantastic. I was served by a young man named Luke and even though Coles was busy and he was supposed to be working elsewhere in the store, he was a very happy and thoughtful young man. Luke processed the people before me with a friendly greeting and smile, and did the same to me as well, he packed the shopping appropriately and packed the bags correctly to how I would pack them. Luke was chatty and could take a joke while serving me, even though he was due to finish then he never rushed or just pushed me through the checkout process. This young man deserves this recognition because you don't always get service like this anymore.well done Luke love your attitude.

Not a good experience today at Coles Haynes. We were not aware that the cashiers did not take woolies plastic bags and only wanted coles plastic bags as our cashier would not load our supplies in the bags we had, we only had 1 coles and 2 woolies bag. I really didnt think it was a problem but apparantley it is.

Excellent Cole's always clean and bright unlike some staff are mostly friendly and happy which is a good sign! The usual problem with our unfortunate neighbors and there should we say taking whatever's not nailed down and carrying on like its there wright to do so when there caught, security guard's a joke spends more time on his phone or outside playing with his car than doing his job iv'e seen more robbery being committed that he sees lol

My worst experience at this store, very disappointed with customer service I would not recommend shopping thereThe manager had no customer concerns rather assuming there own thoughts.

Shelves are always empty, terrible management if can't even organise staff to correctly keep products on the shelves. Must be to worried about missing out on their bonus so don't pay staff to do what is required! Takes me 5-6 visits to simply get a pigs ear! Ridiculous.
