Coles Halls Head

Each weekend my wife purchases a 6 pack of Jumbo Bread Rolls and each week they are getting smaller and are riddled with air holes. After working 25 years in a major bakery I know first hand it's not that difficult to produce a consistent product each week. Why is it that every product these days is getting smaller yet the price continues to increase. I think we will be buying our Bread products from Bakers Delight in the future if this continues. When you advertise Jumbo Bread Rolls I don't expect to see dinner rolls.

I won't be allowing your staff members to search my bag anymore.
If a staff member askes to check my bag- I will apologise and leave the store without completing the transaction.
I would encourage all customers to do this.

We were told by a produce manager they stopped the free fruit basket during Covid because of hygiene purposes and that we could just grab a piece of fruit only for the check out lady to argue with us and make us place the two half eaten pears on the scales weigh them scan them and pay for them, in which I told her to place them in the bin because that’s far more unhygienic… back to Woolworths for me! ️️

Disgrace. Put more staff on your checkouts at peak times and the express lane runs between groceries and the cigarette station too often when busy and one person cant do two jobs. Is the manager too lazy to not see this or does he/she just not care about their customers and employees.

Disappointed with Coles online shopping, 3rd consecutive shop to be supplied with items with a best before expiring on the day of collection.

Surely you should be checking the dates before selecting goods with such a short shelf life?

Good shop and nice people but the web page come up as being the servostation and would be very confussing for people so maby get thst changed to coles hallshead supermarket to stop confusion

At least at Aldi you know you have to pack your own shopping bags less than enthusiastic till operators (when the tills are staffed), staff at self serve are far to intimate.if you want a date just ask? No need to keep lingering over my shoulder while I'm processing my own sale due to your rude lazy staff

Never ever go this store! The staff are so rude, treat you like a criminal if you have an issue with something bought there. Seems to be staffed with disgruntled ex IGA employees! Repeat: Never ever even think about going to this store! If you must go to Coles go to Erskine instead (just down the road).

The lady operating on both the service desk and checkout (approx. 2.30pm) was very helpful considering it was busy. I had lost my receipt but it was not a problem. BIG thank you.

Located conveniently close on Halls Head. Most of the time they have what I need in stock and reasonably priced

It had a few new ready cooked meals to try today that look yum, good big dog bones, & nice lady on checkout.

Had everything I wanted and even found some extra things I hadn't been able to get anywhere else.bonus

Always a pleasant shopping experience, Our checkout operator was Zoe, she was very nice, we had a little natter about our home land.

Yeah alright the staff are lovely and very helpful but every time I've came to this Coles they never have the products I want.

Full product range including extended fresh seafood range. Liquor land next door plus other shops including butcher, baker, chemist etc and Target and Aldi and RAC.

Service is always great by local staff and especially Vanessa. Just a pity about the utterly usless panic persons that cleaned out all the toilet tissue.

Been looking for toilet papers for two days at a total of 12 stores in and around Perth, and finally found them at this place. The store was well organised, customers behave calm and polite, and there was no panic around the shelf of the toilet paper.

I have been here a few times now and the staff there. Young girl in Deli. Old lady in self serve. And a few walking around.they are all sad and miserable.there are so many people out there that are looking for work and I'm sure they could do a better job! This Coles needs a overhaul!
