Coles Geraldton

Pretty good, could do with some more staff, but at the moment I think they’re probably doing the best they can

Quality service and plenty of items on shelves as well as fresh fruit and vegetables. Keep up this excellent service ColesGtn.

This Coles does not open hardly any checkouts. We had to self checkout à Trolley full while 3 staff watched on chatting who could have opened a check out.

Need more checkouts but always friendly and efficient. More great team members need to be acquired. Getting out and paying is becoming a very long wait in line. But the people who work there are exceptional at keeping Thier smile no matter whats thrown Thier way

Saturday shopping a bit busy but didn't have to wait too long at checkout. The checkout girl was really nice, chatty and smiled. Shelves were empty but they did have signs up saying it was due to supply issues from the railway track getting washed out over east. So completely understood. I was disappointed in produce dept the floor was a mess and a hazard around the lettuce area and the tomatoes were very soft and some had mould growing. Probably the worst I've seen the produce dept to be honest. Will still come back.

Can only give them to stars as I went in tonight do you get something and all you can do is stand around and not serve your customers and I had to wait so long just to find out that my chips that I like in but they cannot get to them yet

Normally a great place too shop, but recently very low stock on items and specials, still up there as one of the better stores in geraldton

Straight in and purchase. Straight out, satisfied. Only confusion, they have changed the order of goods in each isles. Still I have a voice so I enquired as to where things 'now were'.

Graham at the checkout was incredibly friendly and make our coles experience a great one. He made a huge effort to make conversation, packed our bags quickly and asked about cold items together. My ideal experience, thanks Graham!

Trolley loaded going to checkout when alarm went off & speakers instructed us TO VACATE THIS BUILDING IMMEDIATELY this was repeated over & over accompanied by a VERY LOUD HOOTER.
We left the building leaving the trolley inside unlike many others who took their trolley full of stock straight thru the unmanned checkouts to the car park & packed their cars & drive away.
Fires engines arrived along with Police after no action to reopen after30 mins we left & shopped at Woolies.
Coles staff said today it was a smoke from BBQ chicken cooker which set off alarm.expect someone would have been in trouble for not having turned it off when the chickens were finished which allowed it to continue & then smoke!

Generally good but was a bit horrified when on two separate occassions on two different days two different bakery staff members sliced bread on request and not one had on gloves when touching directly the bread or washed hands prior. Scary!

Too much emphasis on self checkouts and having to queue for longer times. Employ more local staff and get rid of the self check out area.

Can get floor wipes there! Great for tiles and antibacterial. Coles or dettol brand. Smell amazing.

Worst Coles I have ever been to. Grotty, dirty and feel for people who shop here regularly. Coles you should be ashamed

I was in a frantic hurry. Looking for a particular Easter Bunny. So easy to find, and plenty in stock.

Spent a short time with my family here in geraldton - saying that this coles is "built different" would be an understatement - top quality 'permarket best ive been to great staff.

It's Coles, big bright and full of all the stuff that you expect. Easy to find. And as always, very nice staff.
