Some shops are still there, but food court on 2nd floor is a depressing image of basically no businesses there anymore. Sad

I had very bad experience on customer service. The short headed, blonde middle aged lady was very rude about answering any questions.

I did my family shopping, a full cart at 730pm. When I went to check out there was only self check out. They would not open a lane. There was no one there to operate a till. I had to check my groceries out in 3 stages and pay three times because the groceries wouldn’t fit in the small space. My bank cancelled my card because of the unusual activity. Go to another shop who actually serves people!

Came into the store with my wife to get Myer gift cards. Coles policy stated 5 per customer and we both took 5 each and are paying separately.
The store assistant lady at the counter with short permed red hair was just simply rude, she put through mine but rejected my wife’s sale without any valid reason.
She said it is 5 per customer but she won’t put through my wife’s as we both came in to the store together to get them.
Then she went to other staffs and gossiped about us in front of us.

Coles always seems so ominous and weird.the atmosphere is terrible.also saw a man in a wheelchair physically struggle to get to the self checkout section because theres bsrely enough room to get through on a wheelchair.rlly disappointed to see that, make the gap more accessible and wider

I had the mispleasure of making the mistake to go - well at all- but to go on Weds ith Nov around 7pm
Had a trolley full
No tills open just self serve which pretty much everyone detests really don't they.
I asked a store assistant (Katie - bright red tight curly permed hair) if there was anyone who could open a real till!?
Was met with a scowl and rudely told it was her and the young girl on the tabbaco counter and I couldn't go there as I had too much!
She was exceptionally rude.
More so when she had to fix the self scanner the at least 4 times that " an unexpected item was in the bagging area " or because I'd have to remove a packed bag as 4 full bags wouldn't fit on the tiny packing shelf!

Safe to say will stick with Woolies and Adli and IGa from now on

Good selection of products on special. Wide variety available. Can boost flybuys points with special offers.

Just Coles in general. Current Inflation rate 6.1% Coles inflation rate 25%. Everyone really needs to rethink their shopping habits. Grow veggies in pots, support your local butcher (not that they haven't decided to ride this price hike wave). Avoid Coles and Woolies, use ALDI or Spudshed. Don't be sheep. Protest with your feet!

All checkouts bar self-service shut before 8pm, staff were disorganised and unhelpful, multiple customers wanting service were stuffed around and some just walked out. May as well rebrand to K-Mart if they're just going to shut all tills except self serve.

No checkouts open. Staff refused to open any. Forcing people to work for their company for free.

We went for a 2 night stay, on sat night we had kids (3 under 15) next door banging doors, making alot of noise & banging on the wall. After complaining to staff, we had to move to another room at 8pm, not the people making the noise.
We weren't offered anything for us being inconvenienced.
Will never go back again, & we have been going twice a year for the last couple of years.
Metropol is where we will be spending our money now

Horrible service today the checkout lady Fiona was rude and rushing and didn't scan things properly horrible service only two checkouts open they need to open up more checkouts not everyone wants to do self-service

More checkout needs to be open.especially the self service area at least 2 staff needed as it gets very busy on the weekends

Went to the deli on the weekend here and they took forever to serve me. Worker Rae avoided serving me twice despite their being no customers so frustrating. Although thought the checkout ladies were very friendly!

You can never tell which coles you are in as every coles look the same, a good example of how moderlization, consunerism and big capital kills the diversity of our life, which makes us like farmed chicken Fed on same nutrient less rubbish everday to produce them eggs to sell.

Very good place to shop!
Had a friend with me & got to get some things that I could not find before.
Also purchased some nice Lindt chocolate. So successful trip.

The COLES supermarket was really cold today when I went there. Thank God I had a jumper on. Otherwise, great customer service and friendly staff.
