Coles Flinders Square

Thank you to Chris for helping me yesterday. I had a fall in car park near the door where orders are picked up. Chris and a lovely young lady helped me with first aid and loving care. Very grateful.

Seems shelves have been worse than when covid 1st hit.the staff are always kind & friendly though.they have good cakes though.

Always good, very nice assistances great produce and excellent variety of groceries
Price of milk up 5c Light on stocks today.
Prices for meat are really expensive

Have shopped here for years.
Fruit quality could be better but otherwise staff and variety of goods is good.
Special mention to Steph. Steph is an asset to the company. She goes out of her way to assist and has great interpersonal and customer skills.

This outlet of Coles is for unknown reasons a greater or lesser disappointment every time I visit.

One day it's missing stock, the next the automatic tills are not responding to their touchscreen, then there's a massive queue for the one open checkout, then they only stock a cheap knock off brand of something, or only one of something else.

I don't recall ever coming out of here without something not working. It's almost as if head office has completely forgotten that this shop exists and needs to be maintained.

Staff is friendly, mostly clueless with some rare exceptions. There's also a distinct lack of problem solving by staff, for example the bottle return refund system was down and it took the store manager to show initiative and find a solution.

To be honest, these days I only come here in desperation when all other options have been exhausted.

Not my favourite supermarket in the world.

Visit, don't visit, it's your call.

Did the Click and Collect for the first time at Coles Flinders Square. Joel who brought it out to the car was a great bloke. There is both good and bad. The $50 min spend and restrictions on items ordered, however that was outweighed by the quick response when calling the designated mobile and the chat with Joel. A suggestion is to put the designated mobile number I to your contacts. I am not usually a Coles customer, they had the item I was after for my dog's dinner. She loves sardines.

Have removed manned checkouts and installed more self serve checkouts. Saturday afternoon and only three manned checkouts open. Shame on you Coles.

I drive far out of my way to shop at this Coles, as the staff are so friendly and helpful. The lady that helped me with my egift card this morning (20/10), at the self serve checkout was wonderful.

Great range, friendly staff, easy refund policy, inflation rocketing, shoplifting rising, more automation, less staff, more shortages, still better than woolies.

So happy the rude older staff are gone now. The young staff their are so friendly and helpful. Sometimes people that have been in their jobs to long and unhappy need to leave and find another job that makes them happy. Because it's not fair on customers having to put up with their grumpiness and rudeness.

Never answer their phone.very frustrating - two of us on hold for 45 minutes or more. Has happened before too - just gave up in the end!

Good but everything is way too much for dare ice coffee and everything else in the shop's is way to high Price so that's why I given you a 3***= 3 star cheers from Rodney. ️

Connor the Supervisor in the Service Checkout area is AMAZING. He's super friendly controls the queues and is super efficient. Coles is very lucky to have him. Well Done Connor

Do not appreciate sales based on multiple goods e.g. 2 for $3.50 and Coles does this more than others. Sale price ticket for Robert Timms coffee said $8 and I know this is the usual price. Prefer Woolworths and IGA.

I love Coles dogswamp very friendly people who don't care what others think so free to be yourself the staff are also really cool and even give u gifts from time to time like bunches of flowers

U get 5 stars I go there with my support worker I'm also a worker my self I no how hard it can be
