9 Staff have no idea about stock items,
I called up to ask the Pricing of a 600ml bottle of Sunkist because I believe I was overcharged, the guy had no idea what sunkist was or how to get a price.
When I directed him to the fridges after he asked me to spell it, he said “one moment” left me on the line for 5minutes sounded like he served 2 other people on the background and then hung up.
Terrible Customer Service
Shell Coles express Clarkson often ran out of Harry Potter collectibles, which was disappointing. That's the reason for giving it 3 stars.
The coffee there is affordable. Most of the staff members are friendly. It's a good store. I would have given it 4 or 5 stars if not for the non availability of Harry Potter collectibles.

Extremely rude argumentative lady working at night.refused to serve teenagers for no valid reason and procceded to give the young people the finger.so disgusting.
Not even worth one star. Wife asked to use toilet was told. "There is not one on this side". You have to use a keypad to use toilets. So was refused. How bad is that. It is a common courtesy. Went to garage up the road not a problem. Wouldnt bother buying any petrol or anything else there again.
Not only have there been staff now wearing masks during the pandemic they have them hanging from their ear, theyre unorganised to a point they cant even honor the deals posted in store.
The pumps were down with no sign to warn customers. The attendant and a customer in store proceeded to laugh at me for a minute while I try fill up before telling me over the Mic that they are down then continued to have a laugh with the customer. Real good form and although i work in close proximity I won't be returning.
