Removed more checkouts and made it self help. Can't call it self service as there is none there anymore

Always clean and stock well presented. Staff always friendly and always helpful.
Lately some products are in short supply hopefully a short term problem

You can excuse a few things on lack of staff but you can't excuse lack of customer service, if the store is open service should be included.

Donna, you seem like a lovely lady but maybe you could try smiling, you never know you might like it.

Plenty of variety with frequent specials. Occassionally through flybuys you get free samples to pickup in store. The fruit and veggies always seem fresh and appealing. Meat section is improving.

Lots of empty packets/ boxes on the shelves. Found what I needed, but a lot of items moved from where they normally are.

Very helpful. New checkout young girl, 2nd day. Did an awesome job. Very polite and asked all the right questions. Very sweet

Nikki whom works in the bakery department was absolutely fantastic! She helped me to get in some cakes over the last week. Really appreciate her effort! Thank you Nikki!

It's Coles, what can you say.
It's had a bit of a revamp.
New colour scheme and some new products. Worth a look.

A typical Coles store.
Some standout customer service personnel, inclusive of people with disabilities so I'll give them credit for that.
I've found a few things out of date but on the shelf, use by and best before.
Handy there is a liquor store right next to it.

Very helpful staff and caring. Staff busy stocking shelves. Great help in the delivery very efficient service.

My favourite supermarket. Comparative prices. I love their new 1/2 loaf of bread. Very covinient.

Haven't really had a problem with the store but I did just buy a 20 dollar bouquet of flowers that are full of mould, so I'm not really happy at the moment

I witnessed a staff member being racist to an Aboriginal customer, when the manager came out they then said they weren't going to do anything about it, even though it was all recorded.

What a horrible store, I guess it's true what they say about Ellenbrook being one of the most horrible and racist places you could ever visit.

Bad customer service. Staff behaves rudely and not even smiling. You ask for help at self service counter and the lady there will make face……

Great service on my air-condition very professional fantastic tech done the job great with no mess and it is working better great job and Dave was very friendly i would recommend this.company and would definitely use them again

I know staff have a hard time and have to put up with a lot but I found the staff unhelpful and surly. Maybe management should investigate WHY. Obviously there are problems.
