Coles Dianella

Some bloke with a perm and airpods really made my day. Was a bit of a mumbler at first, and proceeds to tell me they have no lemonade as he's stocking it. What a cracker! His tooth fell out mid conversation which weirded me out a little but was a good worker besides that.

The old fat female store manager doesn’t know how to talk to customers as well as the employees, very rude and unprofessional behaviour, must be terminated!

As with all Coles. 1 star for ripping us off. Price gauging. Billions of dollars profit and prices are still rising. This store is the same as any other. Except it does cater a lot more for the ethnic community.

Went shopping for some mince came across some mince on sale looked at expiry date out of date by one day it was brown. They had knocked a whole 85c off price. A few people where also looking at same mince and disgusted by the look of the meat. Wonder who checks these things. Wouldn't expect this from a large chain like Coles.

Large supermarket located inside Dianella Shopping centre. Which is easily accessed from an entrance close by.

They have a large Kosher food section with pantry items, meat and fish.

The store carries most stock available in all Coles supermarkets. They have a large international food section, with Asian, Indian and Continental items.

Love the way Coles puts a price lock on some of their groceries. There should be more of this as the price of groceries is getting ridiculous.

Spacious supermarket with an extensive selection of groceries and fresh fruit and veggies. Helpful staff and friendly.

This coles has a large range of cosmetics, make up, creams, masks, actually it's all toiletries. Also the aisles are wider making it heaps easier. Check out staff have always been friendly. Good coles

I love shopping at Coles in Dianella Plaza.
The staff are so friendly and helpful. The store always seems well stocked and has stock where some other stores are depleted.

The evening front end supervisor is rather stern and commanding. Hope she can chill out a bit and make the shopping experience a bit nicer. She didn't pack my goods either and just gave me a paper bag to do my own packing, which I did but I thought the staff packed the bag for you when they put the goods through themselves. I have seen her before telling the young staff what to do and I think they feel stressed with her. Rather stern. Very cold indeed.

Personal conversations are obviously more important here then customers stood for a few minutes waiting to be served while she still spoke to her friend about how to wear a mask and continue her conversation while trying to serve me I left with out purchase

Fresh new store. Can see there was a lot of money put into this centre. Hopefully it maintains it's high standards.

Staff nice, but dairy poorly stocked on Saturday mornings. Often have to ask staff to go out into the store and grab some 2 litre milk cartons. Meat selection mediocre nowadays and always moving the stock around so you can never orientate.

I find this store totally disorganised. It's split shelving system is unworkable, mismatched products stacked in boxes.
Spend most of my time wandering aimlessly, trying to find anything.

Great bunch of staff at this friendly Coles store in Dianella. Not far from the entrance so easy to quickly get in and out if you're in a rush. Exceptional clean store with nothing too difficult for the staff to assist you with.

I have used Coles online orders from this store for a few years, and during that time I've had multiple issues with the people buying and bagging my items. I have reported issues to Coles about ten times and these were not fixed, so I got fed up with the BS.

I switched over to Woolworths, and have not found ANY problems with their customer service. I told both Coles twice that if Woolworths could get things right every time, why wasn't Coles able to do this?

Don't bother using Coles for your orders. You get MUCH better customer service from Woolworths. And I gave that feedback to Woolworths to let them know how much I appreciate their service.

Wow what a confusing store tuna and medical in the same ile and washing liquid jumps by $10.00 in 1 week normal price $9.80 store is crazy not any range of stuff

Great fresh fruit and vegetables. Excellent speciality items too, as well as all the everyday items one needs.
Big 10 out of 10.

Clean, good prices but no one would wait on us at the deli so i dident buy any meat from coles went to the butcher instead

Not a very nice Coles. The entry backs onto the Woolies so it stinks like a dumpster. Or maybe that's just how Dianella smells. Either way, would suggest keep driving.
