Coles Carousel

The manager was rude, disrespectful and she raised her voice at me. The staff member definitely needs more training on how to offer solutions, not just stating problems.

I wanted to buy a stack of gift cards to use as prizes at a Quiz Night. The staff said I can't buy more than 5 gift cards and then tried to take all those gift cards away from me. I needed 26 gift cards by next Tuesday (4 days away), so I asked what can I do to buy those gift cards? Can I do separate transactions? Do I have to come back later? Do I have to go elsewhere to get them? The staff just repeated: "you can't" and that was it! I'm trying to give you money, so work with me and tell me how. Worst experience at Coles ever. You need to hire people with the intellect/brain to solve questions, not re-state problems. And don't even get me started on the rude middle age female manager that raised her voice to lecture me (a customer). If this happens again, I'm taking my business to Woolworths and Aldi.

The staff are extremely rude. I bought some giftcards with my boyfriend this morning. We went to the self service machine to pay. The machine is always not working. The staff there ask us if we are together several times. Then She took one card from my boyfriend away and mentioned one family only can buy 5 cards. But we were not paying together and had two different flybuys accounts by ourselves. Then I went to the counter for payment. The counter staff also very impatient. She keeps asking other two staff to check how many card we have bought for many times. I was extremely offended and spent a lot of time paying. Then one manager came and mentioned our payment should be acceptable. The other two staff are still very impatient and no apologize. I could have bought another card as they took one away. I have been this coles for many times. This was undoubtedly the most frustrating experience and ruined my day.

I'd like to commend the professionalism of the lady in charge of Liquorland. She approached me when I was still deciding on which wine to buy. I am pleasantly surprised, and pleased with such sincere friendliness, particularly as I've just had a nasty experience at the OTHER competitor store. Thank you for making me feel welcome!

I highly recommend Coles Liquorland at Carousel, if you live in Perth.

Maaany empty shelves but always Coles products available.
Very few sale items available, conveniently.
One checkout open and the line up for selve serve was ridiculous.

Not a good place to shop for young parents especially during weekend. We came here with our one year old last Saturday. No shopping trolley available for the entire shopping experience for 1 hour, staffs did not care when we asked if there any shopping trolley, and were told to carry shopping basket.
Meat shelfs and produces were mostly empty.
Ended up leaving with half of our weekly groceries done.

Not coming back to this Coles.

I went this morning to pick up my order, the old lady with short hair was soo rude, she was arguing with me about items I didn't order, the wors costumer service I ever had at Coles, soo disappointing.

Not Bad! However some other locations are quite a bit better! So 4 stars, Because there's room for improvement! Victoria Park has better looking quality of produce. The richer area's have better looking fresh produce.

Shay was amazing at the check outs:) so friendly and helpful. To keep the self serve efficient is such a skill and shes the queen!

WA company, keep the jobs & money in WA! Be loyal, they are an amazing operation, great stock & discounts

Expect customer's to wait.give your staff more hour's. Stop blaming short staff!

Click and collect service is terrible, you go to the pick up location and call the given number. No one responded. Go back home with no groceries.

Pity more Coles Stores are not to this standard.
Far greater selections and better prices than Kelmscott Coles

Similar to every Coles. But it was a bit clean and the smart billing system is up to date.

I mostly shop at Woolies but I think Coles is great, specials are good and they always a few better pieces then woolworths

Cannington Coles is always out of eggs. Whenever I visited Coles in carousel Cannington there were no eggs and we had to go down Woolworths to get eggs. What a shame.

Always clean, very friendly staff and set up to minimise waiting during the busy periods. I’d suggest you make this your local

My ethnic asian friend and I entered the store to buy drinks but weren’t able to after being bagged checked by a worker called Jen without any justifiable reasons. We were in the store for at most 20 seconds before she approached us. Multiple other people had large bags and they weren’t asked to show them. Really disappointed, don’t feel comfortable walking into coles caro anymore. It was an embarrassing and humiliating experience.

Coles is way better than woolies i guess.can find whatever is needed.now a days due to panic buyers its hard to find stuff.but coles is doing good job.

Carousel Coles is a bit outdated but is still nicer than Rockingham's Coles. Nice staff and a good place for running errands.

Give Zoe from Coles a raise please. She's an absolute treasure. Helped me out when my phones GPay died on me and I couldn't pay for lunch. Extremely sweet. 10/10 person.
