ZERO STARS IF I COULD. Terrible in every way. You have no choice but to shop here or Coles if you are working class.

There website says opening times on a Sunday is 8am. And it’s NOT!
Please change your opening times. You’re wasting a lot of peoples time.

Visited several times during recent vacation and always found store unclean (floors) and staff not particularly cheerful or helpful.

Plenty of products to choose from. Clean wholesome atmosphere

Found a product on special which was full price when it scanned at the self service checkout. When I mentioned it to the staff member in the area, he asked me to go & get (remove) the special tag from where the product was (a little unusual). When I brought it to him, he informed me that it was last week's special, so he would charge me the special price for one of the three items, but I would pay full price for the other two! When I responded that I would be paying the special price for all three, it was like I took the money from his own pocket! Did all his rekeying to reprice them to the special price, not another word spoken. A very ordinary customer experience.

I would like to thank the extremely kind-hearted lady working at Coles, named Lisa. She helped with my toddler at the checkout. She is a naturally easygoing, friendly, calm person, who is a ray of sunshine. I also watched her dealing with others in the most wonderful manner. She gives an amazing community feeling to Coles Beldon. I would love to commend her to the owners, because she is such a great asset to your business.

Normally has everything I need, fast, easy, great staff and good prices on most. Always heaps of parking. I do miss the deli counter as it was. Surrounded by many other shops.

What happened to pa system my wife had never been to beldon Coles.n unwell went in happy came out having being spoken AT very rudely.understand it's time to shut go home ie pa helps not abusive we already closed back off had a loss in family to that day never returning shocking rude behaviour paul

An updated layout and a big difference in the way of shopping just like farmer Jacks have done except some Customers do like to have people serve you at a deli but its replaced staff with fast convenience of opening the door grab and go its a shame they choose to change their layout and lay staff off but obviously they feel they are doing what is needed within the community

One of the better Coles I've been to, it's usually fully stocked unlike the bigger Coles in Whitfords and Joondalup. Also due to the school being across the road, they are always stocked with drinks and snacks.

Typical Coles. Fine if you want to buy packaged garbage but fresh food is always terrible quality. Other than the deli section, staff are basically non existent. - scrap that, they even got rid of the deli. Terrible shop

Plenty of stock on the shelves again. Good to find what u r looking for hey. Tx Coles for the hard work.

This was once a great Coles.

Then the Manager Vinnie decided to change the layout and get rid of a fresh Deli.

Staff were sent elsewhere and I refuse to shop there.

When I approached Vinnie, the Indian Manager, he said he didn't care! Typical.

I suggest all customers go to Joondalup Coles to get a better product range and customer service.

Make sure you get Neave as your "check out chick"

It just keeps getting worse.bought a coles chicken opened it and it stank.contacted local coles store and was told to take it back to the coles where it was purchased miles away.rotten food + rotten service = Coles

Coles like any other. Usually you can get a parking spot without any hassle. Friendly and helpful staff! Self service machines are very slow and have to ask assistance quite often - this is more common after software change. There is almost everything you need for everyday shopping- not during covid tho

Disappointing that Coles have closed their deli / butchery departments. All meats etc now have to be bought in plastic packaging.
We are trying to save the planet from plastic & Coles force us to use more. I presume this is more profitable.
Belridge store also seem to like changing the location of their products to different isles. I guess maybe this is because they want you to spend more time in their store looking for what you can't find.

Always great food shopping in Coles. Items always fresh & excellent selection of toiletries & similar. Staff are excellent & always ready to assist. As usual, leaves Aldi for dead.

Had swapped from Woolworths until the deli (at Coles) was replaced with pre-packed items (not fresh). Have reverted back to Woolworths. Poor form Coles.

The customer service is great, but the only downfall is in the morning there are always high school student messing around and maybe even stealing!
