Coles Beechboro

This shop its good there Products, we always do shopping to there shops but today I was shocks one of the old lady rude she grab our trolley and push where the trolley while you have still stuff on it and she raise her voice in there put.and Arrogant I love coles in Beechboro but today makes me angry how much rude that old lady. In the self serve never co.e there again.

I have been shopping here in the last year since I moved in the area
I wish they hiring more people on the customer service
Some of the ladies that work in the evening on the pic hrs are the absolute best, very responsive to help and love a quick chat with them when they’re not too busy
I’ll keep an eye on their name and I’ll mention in my next comment
Some stuff members are very lovely
I’m sick of dealing with machines all the times
I’ll rather have a quick chat with the staff while they help me with my shopping
Bring back the good old days

A better place to shop. Lovely staff. A better set up. Everything on hand. Will shop there again.

Kudos to Chris the Manager on duty today. I shared a bad experience more to air the grievance than to have it rectified. Chris was straight forward, informative and resolved the issue with professionalism. In life, things go wrong but it's how you right it that counts. Thank you Chris. Hope you are valued by Coles.

A good all round coles for grocery shopping.although a lot of stock was empty or sold out. But friendly staff

Please redesign this defunct and archaic self serve area. You can hardly breathe let alone manoeuvre with 6 people in a 10m2 tiny tiny area. There are bins and bags and paraphernalia under areas where your meant to slide a smaller trolley into the silver shelf areas. With 100s of millions of budget dollars surely some dingbat in head office can redesign this frustrating
and backwards area.

There are 3 Coles in a 10 minute radius that have a better range, shopping experience and most importantly customer service. Bassendean, Caversham and Noranda are the 3 Coles

Hopeless, no staff checking on covid check in, when asked the staff said nothing they could do and the management won't let them, just another case of the mighty dollar over concerns for customers, Coles you have just lost my money I will spend more and go to IGA at least they police this. I also note that coles have never responded to any of the reviews.

Excellent service excellent staff excellent store sooooooooooooooooo awesome how its right down the street from me just watch out for customers they don't understand the word excuse me they just stare at you and keep blocking the product that you want

Do shopping in here for more than 5 years, used to be so good with friendly staff. But unfortunately I had quite a few rude staff experience recently. Eg: asked me to bag for them when check out in person. Another one was update me with none left without check the stock availability at the back. Click and collect order took more than 20 min to get your shopping in the counter, one staff asked the other, the other called the staff at the back, then another 15min they appeared. Need a good manager now apparently.

Mostly good service, but sometimes there are not enough people on the checkout. I am elderly and can't stand in one position for too long. So sometimes I've had to put my shopping back and leave. Otherwise, there is a good range of items and I like to shop there. Regards MB.

The mobile reception is terrible there. Also lately the bread made onsite has not been up to scratch. Other than than its not to bad a place to shop.

Friendly staff and a good store layout. There is rarely enough staff on a Sunday afternoon. Even the staff say they need more feet on the ground with long queues at checkouts (staff say they feel the stress) but higher level management above the Store Manager apparently aren't allowing it. This begs the question why not enough staff are being employed while company profits are so high. The 'cheaper' grocery stores lack service, friendliness, quality of store layout and staff levels. Why cut corners and risk starting to be similar to an Aldi type of store?

Absolutely APPALLING Customer Service at Coles Beechboro this evening! Firstly I would like to make note that this isn’t directed at the 2 young girls (one operating the ONLY checkout open in the Returns Counter Area, the other in Self Service) working at 5pm this evening this isn’t your fault you did your best, however. Management. You have A LOT to answer for!

Not only do you have only 2 staff operating these areas between 4pm & 6pm on a weekday (I’m guessing one of your busiest times) but no senior staff in sight! In fact no floor staff in sight at all! The Returns Counter was packed, the young lady (I think her name was Ashley) did her best to work both areas (one of which she didn’t have the authority to do a return) & 3 TIMES she called for assistance from Sharon & NOBODY came! You could tell that the poor girl was distressed as everyone was getting irate but still nobody came to help until the “11th Hour” when 2 people emerged still chewing their tea break!

My sister & I waited more than 20 mins before actually placing our food on the travelator & on 2 occasions we went to the Deli department to see if anyone there could assist & were advised that they couldn’t! Another lady also went back in after paying for her groceries to see if she could assist & all the Deli department could suggest was to call “priority 1”

Because if your actions whilst standing in line we also witnessed 2 people on separate occasions walk out with 2 bag loads each of groceries without paying! Another just left his trolley behind as he couldn’t be bothered waiting!

This is not directed at all staff the personnel that we see/speak & deal with in a daily basis are lovely but Management & Organisation of staff is PISS POOR! For a company that prides themselves on Customer Service you treatment of your staff & customers alike is APPALLING & needs to be addressed.

Unfortunately this store does not live up to the standards of a typical Coles. Staff are disinterested, management are rude. Went days without meat because of no fridges. Store always looks gappy & dirty. I was a regular here but after speaking with a staff member named Troy about why they are lacking general day to day grocery items, he wasn’t interested. Do yourself a favour and go to Woolworths! There’s one just 2 minute drive away on Altone road.

Very wonderful and very friendly. Customer service. Thank you and quick service for this time for year.
