Coles Baldivis

Only had a few items so went through self check out. Before I could even put the bag down that I had scanned to put my items into, a worker had come out of no where and pushed herself into my personal space to add on the two packs of water I had. Didn’t get a hello or asked if I needed help, just all of a sudden there’s some lady pushing her way in front of me to add these waters on? I guess that they must get a lot of theft on heavy items but I couldn’t help but feel profiled and felt that she went about it so rudely. Wasn’t greeted or wished goodbye or even looked at in the eye. This was at 4: 14pm 12/01/2024.

Today I was so angry. Not by the lovely young man at the quick self serve but the absolute rude woman behind the smokes counter. I picked up 1 stick of celery today which was sitting on its own so I went to purchase it. It came up with full price so the lively young family went and asked the woman who laughing loadly yells we don't sell just 1 stuck of celery. I could gear all this because she was quite load. Now I didn't rip it off I wanted to pay for it. So my disabled son had to go back and work out what to get. Gee coles if there is 1 stick of celery couldn't you have worked out a price instead of laughing and giving me dirty looks. To the young gentleman don't turn out like her.

Pretty disappointing to see they have installed more self service check outs and only had two people working. I'll be boycotting any store that doesn't support it's workers and customers especially when they're making so much profit as it is and driving up their prices.

Wouldn't even give coles a 1 star due to poor communication skills and lack of customer service! Wouldn't bother ordering click and collect as some of your items may be missing without being communicated even if you've placed your order days in advance. I ordered lots of platters for my sons first birthday.order went through fine, got my confirmation email no worries. When picking up my click and collect there was absolutely no platters and I was left shocked, terrible customer service and had 3 hours to sort platters out for a party in 3 hours! After sending and email all I got was a sorry and no replies to the rest of my concerns. Not to mention coles had an online sale of chocolates, they said the chocolate deal was an online error however I had paid for this and this is not my problem. Other coles stores had honoured their word and everyone I knew got their chocolate deal. Worst customer service and will not be returning to a coles store.

Service desk/smokes counter people need to be re-trained in their customer service skills. Not just one incident but many.

Better than Rockingham at this time. But like all stores Australian meats out of the range in cost for most families

Coles meat section is really poor or not enough stock.they must put expiry date too long or meat aren't fresh when they packing and when I open the meat package meat already start going off (off smelly) few days before even expiry date, Weekly half sale stocks hasn't been keeping stock up everyday. After first day of half price sale, Nextday there is no more stock on the shelves You can't see more stock until next week sales.

Coles Baldivis are absolute superstars. The deli department staff and their platters are amazing! We have ordered platters multiple times now and will continue to do so. Service and product is perfect. Thank you to everyone there.

Went in to borrow a trolley and saw the mochi and just HAD to grab some. Past shopping here has always been pleasant, doesn't look dirty, I haven't asked for help here but they seem nice enough to if I needed to

Appalling customer service in regards to the click and collect. I call the general number and get told that the bays are next to the "Westpac" bank (there isn't one in Baldivis), I call again, the same lady extremely frustrated she had to explain to me again. I said "Do you mean the Bank West? " And she snapped at me saying she didn't know what the bloody bank was called. I finally find the bays and call the mobile number as instructed, it's switched off. I called 6x, off. Call the main store number again, same woman answers, gets really annoyed at me now and puts me on hold. 5min later someone else is getting their order so I get out the car and ask the attendant and she says "I don't know what number you are calling but it's not mine as I have the phone on me" I call the same number and it's not taking incoming calls. The ladies who were walking the shopping out to the car ended up apologising but overall a poor and time consuming experience.

Contaminated bag of soy honey chicken wings use by date 9 may. Im doing chemo this would kill me i have had it in frige earmarked to have friday night 6th may. Posted pic of puffed up bag. Now i have to go to coles when i should be home recouperating on chemo.

I was shopping for mothers day gifts with my two sisters, and when we got to checkout we were two dollars over. Anyway the person at checkout (I wish got his name) pulled out his phone and paid the extra for us. I was so blown away by this act of kindness. Amazing customer service.

Shelves are empty, fun to see what new brands or different tastes there are left to try. Plenty of meat, vegetables and fruits. Milk etc. No blocks of cheese.

Place was dirty. Hasn't changed, you would think while they have no stock In store they would clean it thoroughly.

There is nothing negative I can say about Coles Grocery stores, they are way cheaper than the other supermarket giant and they stock everything I need. I am a loyal Coles shopper for over 30 yrs so that should pretty much tell you everything you need to know about shopping at Coles

The layout of the store was confusing they had hot cooked chickens in a cold section pre packed pasta fresh noodles at the entrance on the left then there was another cold section in far right-hand corner cheeses prepacked meats eggs butter margarine.

Done a shop Thursday evening. Included in my shop a free range chicken date to 06/4 and I’ve just opened it and it’s off. My issue is no email address to email the pic to

As per usual, pleasure shopping there. Only four stars today, didn't have two items I was seeking. Yet can be forgiven because all staff I've encountered are pleasant and helpful.
