My wife and I shop early every Tuesday and lately we have noticed a lack of staff which results in a lack of products on the shelves. Today we asked for assistance with a product and received no help. The lady that was on the one register, that was open, called the supervisor and she in turn called for help 3 times and still no one came to assist with my enquiry. In the amount of time it took the supervisor to call for assistance she could have come and helped herself as there was no one waiting to be served, so consequently we did not purchase the product. If this is the level of service we can expect in the future we will be shopping elsewhere.

A nice relaxing shopping experience at Coles Erskine this afternoon. This hidden treasure has much more stock on the shelves than the bigger stores after the train derailment, so pop in and stock up!

Deli rating in this store is low, cold meats and chicken look old. Service by "Kerry" is abrupt and a rude person, this should be addressed. I have witnessed her rudeness to an elderly lady. Management are aware of this as I complained 12 months ago.

Decent store, however, one of the ladys working in the deli is consistently rude, short with you, makes you feel stupid, yells. Really unpleasant experience. For this reason I only use coles erskine for quick shops. Halls head has better customer service for the big shops.

Found everything I needed for my Christmas cooking, including some vegan ingredients.

Pretty much empty shelves in this Coles. Maybe all coles are the same, so there is nothing I can complaint about. Hopefully, it’ll be back to new normal soon.

I found the staff helpful and with a great knowage of were things are and the prices, very happy to go looking around for anything I need.

Like woolworths poor signing in and scan poor hand sanitation. Not interested in public entering the store.perth and South wa. Very very poor

Helpful & friendly Staff. The Staff make this branch a pleasure to shop at, always willing to help, from finding an item, packing bags light for those of us who cannot lift so well & even assisting take a full trolley to the car for those unable to manage. Clean & well set up store.

Coles handled the sudden influx of desperate shoppers with professionalism, grace and speed. Thanks to you and everyone for their patience today.

Always stocked up & a great variety as I am particular about certain things. Thanks for bringing in the plant based butter & putting it on sale sometimes as WW never does!

Good shopping Centre, Coles handy for those things you need, but some staff could be a bit happier

As always, happy, friendly staff. I would recommend Coles Erskine to friends and family. It being in a small quiet complex it makes shopping a good experience. As we all know not all of us like shopping, but shopping here makes it a not so bad chore.

Well stocked and well set out all good until the self serve checkout.woman on duty rolled her eyes and mumbled under her breath in the couple of times the checkout would chuck a hissy.wont be going back.

The shop is well stocked, the staff are friendly but 20 minutes queuing at the only open checkout is totally unacceptable, it's a huge turnoff to customers so lift your game Coles and employ more people at checkout.

Reece from self serve gave a customer his $50 - cash taken out but left behind at self serve till. Reece had a great attitude and extremely honest! Nominating him for an award and bonus!
