I ordered through Uber Eats as I am sick. My order took 3 hours to arrive. Uber driver confirm HE packed the order himself, which I find very unusual and definitely won't be ordering again. Spudshed and IGA pack your orders for you not have some random person do it who takes forever.
Definitely need to change the procedure. Outrageous!

Excellent, Went food shopping at ALDI had everything, & cheap. Great but still not enough in the cart for the money we give.

As a darker skinned Aboriginal person I am always followed and watched in this store, always get my bags checked by security after purchasing and have noticed over the past year that other Indigenous people are getting treated the same, I will no longer be shopping at this store as I find this as RACISM, if your going to check only Black people's bags this is not fair because EVERYONE SHOULD BE CHECKED!

Everytime I've been there which is now my local place to shop the stock is low especially meat section and last visit there were no hot chickens so i had to return to purchase one

Often runs out of main products by end of day and could be cleaner. However there's some really nice staff at checkout

We use this store as our go to store personally and at the office. Recently I had a fall there, due to water being on the floor with no signs etc. Being pregnant this was concerning, however the only damage done has been constant backache. (Not ideal) I was assured by Coles head office the store manager will be in touch and he still hasn't after 4 days.
Which is frustrating, I understand people can be busy but if a pregnant lady fell in my store. Id be the first to do a courtesy call and check they are ok. So I am rather disappointed in their customer service and care in that aspect. I had reported it on the day to the nearest coles worker I could find, who just said ' sorry ill clean it up', he was nice enough but maybe some training on the next steps if someone falls in your store should be addressed.

On a nicer note, Christine is amazing. Always polite, patient and kind and I think a real asset to your company.

I stopped going to this coles because I've always found the staff have a miserable attitude, first time back a year later and they are still rude, especially the deli staff and the lady at the smokes counter,

Large store and well stocked. Great service, friendly staff, always so lovely. Mostly veggies and fruits are fresh with good quality.

Coles have more selves added to their shop it will take a while to find everything you need a map to get around

Missing items in online shopping, online shopping meant to be convenient but sadly it caused more troubles to have the need to go to shop one more time because of missing items.

Don’t come here on the weekend, there is never any stock and the staff are always rushed off their feet. The produce section here is amazing for Coles standards but it’s cheaper and fresher from the market shops in the mall

Smaller than the Coles in Belmont Forum (Even this store is smaller after the renovation) but adiquate

The mid-aged, blonde hair lady with glasses at self-check out area is always grumpy, servicing with non-patient. It seems like she only treates Asian guys like that, every time I went there during the night and always gave the attitude! Even I did nothing wrong and also found the same situation with other guys. Bad experience!

A Good Coles supermarket very similar to the rest with a good range of produce with most name brands available. Meat selection is fairly good and well priced, fruit and vegetables are always fresh and also well priced as are the frozen foods. Store is clean, well stocked and staff are fairly friendly and professional. It can be a little bit tricky to find parking as the carpark is extremely busy, parking is shared with other stores that can get very busy at certain times. But all in all not too bad

Coles Vic Park in Perth has introduced a conveyor belt facility at some self checkout counters. Awesome!

Prices aren't too bad. Their range isn't as extensive as I thought it should be. Good bakery section though. In house baked bread etc.
