Coles reviews
34This coles is quite large compared to most and there is a lot of choice for shoppers no matter what type of food they are after. The store is bright and clean and a large and well stocked liqour land is attached. The store is well placed in the mall, very close to the entry of the forum so you can almost park at the door (with the exception of a few steps) there is also disabled parking right there as well. Overall a decent place to shop however I've reviewed at 3 stars because I asked 2 staff where I could find a particular product, neither of them knew which is fine, but neither of them bothered to help me any further and went about their business instead. I couldn't find the product and left without it!
Normally, really good except a day or do ago, I got two cucumbers that tasted like the water in them went stagnant
Don't stop on Wednesday nights They seem to be there restocking that night and they don't have much out.
Wonderful green olives with chilli and garlic!
Free parking too!
Friendly service and self check out.
Worth a visit for sure!
Heaps of everything in stock, staff are friendly especially the older bloke at the self checkout.
Great day for shopping. Got all the specials I needed. Staff are helpful & easy access through the isles. A great shopping experience.
It's got some good bargains. The checkout is slow and understaffed. There are always a shortages inn stock. The fruit and vegetables are expensive. Not many choices in frozen section. The ring came of my pudding can. Flybuys is nicer for a bit of a bonus on stuff.
Clearly Coles suppliers are not as good as Woollies or IGA. If you want eggs go to them, not Coles. Also, frozen veggies.
Fresh veggies are fine if you get there early.
Staff need some common sense. Stop over loading the paper bags! And today the cashier didn't know how to get cash out? !
Only buy Coles brand ice-cream, speciality stock & other items on special. Found Coles more expensive than Woolworths. Good for last minute items, don't recommend their roast chickens, Woolworths roast chickens have more flavour & taste nicer.
Fruit & veg are getting more & more expensive. What's going on Coles? Not interested in being competative any more?
My experience at Coles Mandurah forum was good but the check out person was a real grump. She was miserable. Didn't say hello to us. Didn't smile. I usually try to avoid her check out because her personality is so Miserable but today I couldn't as all others were full.
Coles is a lot cheaper than Woolworths for weekly shopping and has a better variety. Their bakery multigrain bread is the best
Thx Coles. U have a gr8 range of vegetarian options, in the Health Food- fridge/freezer section. Muchly appreciated
After having the year from hell with my husband having 2 knee replacements, a hip replacement, a hernia operation, hospitalised because of a dog bite and then more recently he having a shoulder replacement, it was finally a fantastic feeling being able to get to the shops with him and do some shopping in Coles at the Forum in Mandurah. It was really busy in the shop but our experience was made so much better by a lady on the till by the name of Su. She was very helpful in loading our bags and extremely pleasant. Thanks Su for making our "return" to shopping so much better.
A lot of the shelves were empty of certain items, making it hard to get the items needed. Over all not too bad and managed to get some scraps from the veggie section for my friends chickens
Don't often go to Coles as I prefer woolworths. I find that if I can't get something at woolies it will probably be at Coles they also have a wide range of products in coconut and health things that other stores don't offer. Sometimes much pricier but sometimes same price or specialed on off week to woolies

Good produce, store reasonably busy, set out bit odd, around the cold section. Overall, good store.
