I can easily say it is the best Indian Restaurant in WA! And so underrated! Delicious food, very big menu which is scary but the quality of food is amazing! I have come here few times and ordered same dishes as it’s we can’t get enough of it.

And not many people know, the food here is Halal!

Was so excited to visit but food and atmosphere was disappointing, expecially for cost $$$.

Tables had dust on them which waiter advised was from roof vibration etc (but only our table cleaned)

Overall 3/5 - a nice Indian restaurant but a disappointing visit overall given higher menu prices and expected finer dining experience.

Food was amazing, it has become our favorite Indian restaurant. Owner Shelley and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. The service was top-notch. Would definitely come back to try more dishes!

Five us for dinner, each ordered a dish, each dish uniquely flavoured. Selected gol guppa (2/10) and share platter for entree (9/10). Gol Guppa interesting but we each rated this bottom of list on taste test. Mains were goat biryani (5/10) needs a vege curry to accompany, lamb Rogan Josh (8/10), Butter chicken (8/10), Barramundi moilee curry (9/10), Tandoori chicken (8/10) unusually served in sauce and very chilli hot, mixed bread basket (9/10) watch out for chilly one! Food was delicious, service good. No delays in food service even though place was extremely busy saturday night peak. Price reasonable at $262 for 5 x people, $65 of which was drinks. Final verdict - we all say we will be returning. Well done Colaba Social enjoyable evening all round

Honestly love this place. I think it might be the best Indian place in Perth now bar none. It's such great food, it's got various different seating options each which provide a totally different atmosphere.

The staff are amazing, we all loved Shirley so much!

Definitely speak to your waiter and get some recommendations. Also try the Indian inspired cocktails that add that extra finesse to a great meal.

It's a little expensive but is ABSOLUTELY worth it. Do not sleep on this place because I think it will start being absolutely packed really soon.

The Lamb Vindaloo was incredible and i am thankful it was more than likely toned down as only 1 tear left my eye whilst eating and that was in joy. Can't recommend this enough.

Collaba Socials food is nothing short of authentic & fresh food from India. One of Perth’s Best Indian Restaurants in my opinion. The staff are always polite and courteous and the ambience is elegant and timeless. Highly recommend this place for a lunch or dinner! We visit Collaba regularly and look to be back soon

The service & food was absolutely delicious! Being North Indian myself, I highly rate this restaurant for its authenticity and flavours as they do resemble the same flavours from India. The owner is always present and very polite and courteous. Absolute joy!

First time visiting this restaurant and what a pleasure it was. Friendly staff, good knowledge about the food and wines.

The Pani Puri ($9 for just 3pcs, didn't justify the quality & quantity) and bhel was soggy, not fresh (puff rice in bhel were hard to chew) almost zero flavor
Driks we had lime soda & indian summer, taste like sparkling water

I had high hopes but really did not deliver at all I hope they sort themselves out. Food was not good service was so slow and we were only one of 2 couples in the restaurant please also improve your music selection. Very disappointed

Would recommend Gobi Manchurian and So so hot Tandoori! The Garlic Naan (tried it with Butter Chicken) and papadums are also good.

Wouldn’t recommend the Lime Social drink. Although, maybe it is just an acquired taste. Not a fan of the Sulfur-like after-taste (because of the black salt) Owner is kind enough to just charge us 1 (we ordered 2) when she saw we didn’t like it.

Over all, a very nice restaurant with cozy ambiance. Will definitely come back.

Delicious flavorsome curries with some familiar favorites but also some lesser known options. The barra moilee and goat chop curry were both excellent and the Dahl of the day is a must try.

I have been wanting to come to this place for ages. We came today for lunch. The girl who was serving us was so attentive to every table. She was so good at managing the restaurant while being alone. The food was fantastic aswell. The breads were some of the best in Perth. We thoroughly enjoyed everything and we will definitely come back. Thanks so much.

We recently went to Colaba Social for dinner with the family. The food was really great, but unfortunately the service was not as good as it could have been.
For the main course, we ordered two bowls of rice, three curries and some naan bread. The naan bread and three curries came out in a timely manner, but it was about 15 minutes later that one bowl of rice arrived (after we had finished most of the curries). And the second bowl of rice didn't come out at all.
After we had gobbled down the main course we were also wanting to order some desserts. We waited for a while and I tried to flag down the waitress (to no avail), but the waitress didn't come over to our table so after a while we just paid the bill and left.
Unfortunately the waitress never refilled our bottle of water either.

This place is hands-down the best culinary experience (across all restaurants) I've had since I moved to Perth. I love Indian food, and I've enjoyed it all around the world (including in India), and I'll gladly declare that Colaba Social is the best Indian food I've ever had. Combine that with a meticulously decorated interior and super-friendly staff; this place is simply incredible.

If I had to choose a single dish (and trust me, that's no easy decision), I would go with the Goat Chop Biryani. Just order it and thank me later. My wife's favorite was the Prawn Jalfrezi, which would be my second choice.

For anyone with kids that aren't particularly adventurous with food, there is plenty on the menu for them too. One of our kids, who is notoriously fussy with her food, left having tried and loved Mango Lassi, Lamb samosa, Afghani chicken, and Lamb kebabs (all of which she's never ventured to try before).

We organised a surprise birthday dinner here for a friend and it couldnt have gone more smoothly. We opted for a banquet style as there were nearly 20 of us, so the preordering made things easier for everyone on the night. They accomodated some dietary requirements without any fuss.
The cocktails were a hit and everyone loved the food! Thanks for the fantastic experience!

I ordered the stuffed mushrooms on Uber eats and they were disgusting - paid $32 for 4 pieces of mushrooms that were cold, a naan and chutney to be delivered via Uber eats. Major regrets and will never order from here again. The name sounded interesting but food was disappointing!

Best Indian food in Perth, hands down. We are fussy and have tried a lot in Perth. We like authentic Indian food. Matches with a restaurant in London we went to “Dishoom”… best ever! Thank-you, thank-you

Went for a quiet lunch on a weekday. The portions for the price is ridiculous. Even with two table sitting we couldn’t find the waiter. By the food it is very obvious that it is not for people who are familiar with the cuisine. There is a whole lot of option to choose from though
