CoCo Fresh Tea & Juice

The waiters were indifferent when calling numbersbut they were very active in chatting. When the number was called, the other guests called so loudly that they didn't hear me, which felt rude. Will not be returning.

Even if there is no fixed base for takeout, and paper bags are not provided, then why do you open a milk tea shop?

Best flavor and full of bubbles. It was really delicious and natural tasting. I recommend no sugar.

I tried Carousel first time and It became my favorite

I always said full name when I ordered
First day they gave me dragonfruit smoothie
Second day they gave me passionfruit lemon with honey jelly

Usually I'm buying bubble tea for the next day So I know next day that the drink is wrong

Not friendly is fine but please listen carefully and Be passionate when take orders like when you guys have a chat

I'm very sad Coco is only this shop in the city

Visited in the 6th of Jul arvo, the lady was so attentive. Nice drinks, fresh ingredients and exceptional customer service.

Amazing milk tea. I have been to many coco fresh tea joints across Australia and this one in particular has the best quality and taste

Coco’s Dragonfruit tea is amazing! All of their drinks are worth the price point and they’re the only reason I come to the city. 10/10 would recommend

Great service indeed! One of the best bubble tea around perth been drinking coco since forever and they have the BEST MENU! Perfect for friends, events, you name it! Definitely a worthy place to have your refreshments:)

Decent design. Wish they could set some tables in the store so we could have a nice spot to chill. And COCO MILK TEA IS AWESOME NO DOUBT.

The best pearls I had ever tried. Never thought that brown sugar would be a perfect match with milk tea, I love it so much!

Worst coco's store which I've visited ever
Went to order bubble milk tea with NORMAL SUGAR
After I left the store, just at the front of it I sipped it and I couldn't taste the sweetness, I went back to the store and asked to add more sugar and one of the staff checked the label (cause I did not check the label, I thought it was correct with NORMAL SUGAR) and it says NO SUGAR she said it to her co-worker and added more sugar
She asked me to stir it but didn't seal it again or offer me a new one cause the staff who took the order wrong
Won't go back to this store

I don't know how many people in Perth know sago and pearl is different in bubble tea. We went other shop always got same thing big black sago/pearl
We went there and ordered bubble tea with sago, what we got is the little transparent ones, we went back and said we wanted the large black ones as we thought that's what we were going to get, however they didn't want to change it for us but instead suggested we pay extra for the large ones. We can accept that this shop may call pearls and sago as different things but they should of explained it to us when we were ordering it. We just don't understand why werent allowed to change it as we paid for something that wasn't what we thought it was but instead had to pay extra. They can work on their poor customer service and explain the difference as I believe it hasn't happened only to us.

I'm so surprised they have another shop in northbridge. I'm a big fan since they open at Carousel.

YAAAAAAS finally a Coco in Perth. The icon of Asia has finally appeared in our sweet city. I love this place and each mouthful of my favourite Black tea milk tea with panda pearls, is like a sip of heaven.
Sooo worth the visit, into the heart of broth ridge near some other good bubble tea places but nothing like this glorious haven of flavour and texture. I highly recommend and I will try hard not to come here every week lol.
