Cocklebiddy Roadhouse.

If you’re driving and need to rest without kids, keep driving.
Beds, room and food was absolute over priced garbage. You’ll get better sleep in the drivers seat at a rest stop a few kms up the road.
The fact the room had covered smoke detectors from the previous persons goodness knows how long it’s been like that?
The room isn’t checked thoroughly enough or cleaned urine stains on the toilet seat. Fill the kettle up from the toilet basin.
It smelt really bad who knows what drugs were consumed previously.
Seems like a crack den you see on American tv shows.
The place is poorly managed the only good thing about the joint was the hot and lovely British girl who worked there, that’s my positive out of my experience.

Staff and service are great. Showers are very very poor. Stopped in for a shower after 4 days in the bush. No hot water pressure at all and could not say anything as by this time they had closed. Spoke with two other patrons that said exactly the same and were not happy. I have no problem paying for a shower by the minute but I expect hot water pressure, not a dribble with the pipe banging and thumping when trying to turn it up.

After a long days drive heading West we decided to stay at Cocklebiddy. Fuel was cheaper than most stops which was a welcome relief.
We booked a powered site then ventured into Cockles restaurant for dinner. Both hubby and I had the Chicken Parmigiana which was amazingly delicious. One of the best I have had. Our Italian waitress was so bubbly and helpful and made our experience here a very memorable one. Can highly recommend Cocklebiddy Roadhouse.

Friendly helpful service. Was surprised to see an Electric Vehicle charging point. Eagles have a good reason to be there. Some of the negative posts re this should read the information and how they are cared for.

Hands down the worst coffee I have ever had! And $6 a cup to boot. Taste was awful. Not sure if its the beans, milk or they put something in it, It went straight into the bin. My son threw his out too. $13 wasted. Never again

An iconic Nullarbor roadhouse. Full of character and characters. Super friendly old fashioned service. Food was tasty, generous hearty serves and reasonable priced for the outback Basic but clean accommodation. A true outback experience. Sunsets and rises always absolutely spectacular.

The room is quite basic and the quilts could do with a replacement but super accommodating to having a dog.
The burgers with the lot were awesome and the staff were all very friendly.
Quite a rundown joint but it's a roadhouse so is worth the look.

Room just too old and shabby for the rates charged. Fridge had old crumbs still in it. Food good and staff welcoming. Just over priced for what you get compared to other Roadhouse on the Nullarbor.

Great place for a petroleum stop in the Nullarbor- hot food with a sense of humor - check out the hats - thanks guys but take it a bit more easy on the salt for chips /

Good Nullarbor roadhouse, fuel price was reasonable, service was good but the overnight camping area was a bit barron, but would be OK for a late stop.

A trip along the Nullarbor wouldn’t be complete without a stay at this authentic, quirky roadhouse. From the friendly welcoming staff, delicious meals and cool bar it really is a hidden gem. Samantha & Bruce the magnificent resident rescue eagles were an added bonus, well cared for and just stunning. Thank so much, I’ll be back!

Friendly staff, good place to grab things you need. Motel basic but ideal for one night after a long drive

What a delightful oasis! The facilities are plentiful, the room rates very reasonable, the food portions in the restaurant were enormous and great value for money, and the fish, budgies and wedge tail eagles were an unexpected bonus! The motel accommodation was basic, but all that’s needed, and we’ll stocked with all the essentials. The shower was wonderful! I had such a peaceful night’s sleep! A welcome relief after having driven all day across the Nullarbor from Ceduna. The staff were really helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this stop.

Great spot to stop, super friendly, Adam and the team there are fantastic. They helped entertain our toddler, good food, comfortable bed, and hot shower, all the things you need after a long drive.

We camped overnight and had a meal plus breakfast in the morning. All the meals were delicious and enjoyed by all. Serving sizes were very generous and prices were more than fair. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The caravan park is not much but the shower was lovely and warm. Remember where you are when you stay. More than adequate for a night stopover.

Great spot to stop for a shower & a break, lovely staff, clean facilities well worth a visit. Oh and did I mention the 2 eagles you can get up close to

Very friendly staff and a great meal that was huge. Also very dog-friendly if you’re travelling with your furry family - they have a great system where you pay $50 deposit and they check the room when you leave. If all good you get the $50 back. Rooms are basic but clean and tidy.
