You will see from the reviews that Peter is highly regarded as a chiropractor, and I agree! Like many others I have used Chiropractors on and off for years and some have been better than others. One thing that has bugged me with other Chiropractors is that they tend to apply one solution to me regardless of what is actually happening in my body. Peter always takes the time to check i, and if needed will adjust his treatment to suit what I need on the day. We are very much partners in maintaining my spinal health. Highly recommend.

I have 2 bulging discs in my spine and I have suffered for years and I’d have to say coastal family wellness is the best chiropractic’s I’ve been to over the years, my back is actually getting better. Peter was amazing he fixed a back problem I had which was really giving me a hard time, he was thoughtful, truly listened and works with integrity which is so refreshing.

I was always told "never see a chiro, they do more damage".
Back in 2016 i pick something up from the ground and BOOM, there goes my back. Remembering what i was told i went straight to a masseur and a physio. My back got worse. I bit the bullet and made an appointment with Pete and that was the best thing i ever did. After bi-weekly sessions, then weekly, then monthly.he fixed me. I will never go to a masseur or physio again. Pete has the best bed side manner, and truly cares about each and everyone of his patients. Don't ever be affraid go see Pete, he is your man!

This is easily some of the best care I have ever experienced. Pete takes time, asks questions and treats you as a whole picture rather than giving just a quick adjustment. We are so lucky to have him in our town. Your spine and body is too important not to look after it.

I was really sceptical about going to the chiropractor because I hadn’t done much research.
After my first session I knew I was in good hands, Dr Theilade quite literally fixed me up after the first couple of sessions (I thought it would take months to get better) to the point that I could actually walk properly and not panic about twisting or bending my back. The research and effort he puts into his work really changed my perspective on chiropractics as a whole. I was hesitant about seeing a chiropractor and was unsure about how the adjustments would feel and didn't want to feel pain from the movements. Peter was extremely friendly and so reassuring he instilled me with all the confidence i needed and felt completly safe with him assesing my joints and performing the adjustments he is a great laugh and if you have any uncertainty about chiropractics he will be the diffrence you need.

Bottom line up front - give it a go you have nothing to lose. The two things holding you back are skepticism and fear. There is nothing to be frightened of. Our family have been receiving care from Peter and we have all felt the lasting benefits. Peter is an absolute professional and I highly recommend him. Dr Peter is one of the best! He is always so kind and caring, a true gentleman. His professionalism is second to none and I have complete faith in him when it comes to getting me feeling 100% again. I've been a patient of Dr Pete's for 11 years and would highly recommend him if you need to see a chiropractor for the first time or if you are changing chiropractor due to a bad experience. My wife and 3 kids also see Dr Pete for any adjustments needed, he has a fantastic way with kids and works hard to gain their trust if he has to as he did with my youngest. I've had many a laugh with Pete over the years and hope to continue to do so.

If you are looking for chiropractic care and are unsure or nervous about doing it, then hesitate no longer. I have been receiving care from Peter for a number of years now, both pre and post a total hip replacement. Peter has seen me at my best and worst during my recovery and has helped me immensely with his chiropractic skill, knowledge, caring attitude, sense of humor and never making me feel like I am being rushed out the door, I truly look forward to every visit. I can not recommend highly enough! Both the staff and resident chiropractor genuinely show interest in the person. Be prepared to have your expectations exceeded as Peter and his team, are both professional and compassionate in one bundle (which is a rare thing in today's money hungry world) Thank you for helping me get my back sorted and allowing me to enjoy some level of normality again.

Couldnt recommend the chiro (Pete) enough and the staff are so kind and friendly.
Went in about 6 months ago with a crippling lower back issue but Pete took such good care of me. I am very impressed with the level of care and interest he took in my case and could tell he genuinely wanted to help me get back to where I was, definitely didnt feel like I was just another patient. His mindset and approach to the way the body works is very well rounded and researched.

Can confidently say you'll be looked after if you decide to see these guys

Pete is just brilliant. My family have been going to him for a few years. He is thorough, spends plenty of time with each client and you never feel rushed. As for the Chiro, I couldn't live without it. Pete's magic wand has helped us immensely.
