Coalmine Beach Holiday Park reviews
72 Friendly staff, excellent location in the national park, flat and comfortable sites with good shade.
Clean and plentiful facilities with BBQs + multiple showers and bathrooms
We had a powered site. Walking distance to the beach!
Love this camping, great spot, great facilities super friendly, competent stuff and very clean.
Powered site under peppermint trees. Birds twittering well spaced sites, great management and friendly lawn mowers. Bliss.
Oh, hot showers and immaculate facilities
We had four nights recently at Coalmine Holiday Park and thoroughly enjoyed the experience.
The welcome and friendly attitude of managers Cath and Phil was great and the Park is really well maintained with very good amenities and a laundry that does not charge to excess.
Highly recommended and will stay again if in the area.
We stayed two nights in a cabin while riding the Munda Biddi Trail in September. After many days of rain it was such a relief to find some nice, warm and affordable accommodation. Our cabin was clean and comfortable and they had the heat pump running for our arrival. It was so good we stayed an extra night.
Absolutely beautiful, right on the beach which is amazing and close to all amenities. Was very peaceful and quiet. Will definitely stay again.
A delightful place to stay. Bush like setting. Amenities clean and well maintained. Staff helpfully and friendly. Would I go back again - definitely.
Good park woodchipped sites and close to the beach, toilets clean, however not many open, 1 block 2 male, 3 female.
Wow, what an amazing GEM this place is.the beach is super fantastic, the camp-site was just wonderful with its wildlife. I must say that Cathy at reception is super amazing as we had booked for 6 nights and through a misunderstanding somehow only did 5. Cathy managed to help us out with an extra night and I just can't thank her enough for all her help and kindness in what I thought was such a stressful moment for me.
Again a HUGE THANKS Cathy and we will definitely be back as this place truly is amazing.
Could not find fault with anything.

Great bush park with lots of shade. Right in the inlet but sheltered by a sand bank, so no wind issues. Very quiet. Walks around inlet and to Walpole from the park.
Been here before during school holidays in the glamping tents and that was a mistake. Was told to come out of school holidays and it would be better. Arrived at our room and this senior couldn’t park. Took three bays with one car. Then had his other senior mate talk forever and so loud in the front tent. The tents are not the place to go if you want quiet and serenity. The location is fantastic and so is the rest of the park. I would choose a campsite or chalet next time. I would definitely return here
Lovely place, lots of mature trees. No dogs so very peaceful to sit and watch the parrots, kookaburras birds and roos. Thanks to the staff for recommending the WoW boat trip. Would have been a disaster to miss that.
Best caravan park so far.
TICKS every box!
Great sized sites
Facilities are in excellent condition, well maintained and there is an abundance
Owners are lovely and they have so much information for tourists to explore the area.
Kookaburras and Kangaroos everywhere. We had a kangaroo in our site each morning.
Next to the inlet, there's a great walking track.
Laundry facilities are well priced.
Playground for the kids - they loved it.
Recreation room with table tennis, air hockey etc.
We couldn't fault this caravan park. We've travelled down from Perth stopping at many caravan parks along the way, including the big ones in Busselton and Bunbury, and this was way better! Not as busy, you're not squeezed in like sardines. You're amongst nature. Kids had a brilliant time. The town is great too.
We will be back.
Very tranquil, bushy park with access to beach & bay.
Sites are nicely separated by vegetation. Friendly staff and lots of birdlife.
Loved this place! Great bushland setting, nice stroll to the bay. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definately return and highly recommend. Thank you guys for providing such a beautiful place to stay.
Fabulous park set in a magnificent forest. Facilities really good and staff helpful. Special thanks to manager Phil who went above and beyond.
Good base camp to explore the nearby attractions friendly and helpful staff nice clean amenities
Amazing beautiful place to stay, games room, BBQ area, super clean and tidy chalets.
The recommendation for the local Flaming Hot takeaway has me speechless feasting like kings tonight.
Fantastic cabins with everything you could want. Lovely helpful staff. Great facilities and gorgeous setting.
Great caravan park. Very well set out camp sites.
Very clean toilet/showers, and hot water.
Will visit again.
