Today my boyfriend called the store asking for a specific type of.vase lol. Anyway, the guy over the phone said "yeah we have heaps of those in this price range" anyway we went down there, there wasn't ANY of what we had asked for over the phone, to make it even better, we were served after everyone else who had come in AFTER us, we ended up leaving because the guy, with the green hair by the way, was just ignorant, we went to up in smoke instead and was told they had heaps of people come from cloud 9 because of that guy today, and we got exactly what we wanted from there, will not be returning to cloud 9 due to that green haird dude

Lovely n friendly staff knowledgeable helpful, told n recommended me with a starter pack with my Vape as I have never done it before, showed me how to take it a part n put new batteries n etc, I'll always be going to this place to buy the stuff I need plus to upgrade my Vape as I must have a learner's model

Full shelves of stock no one uses and no stock of popular products.

By far my favourite cloud 9 store of them all! All the staff are so knowledgeable about all of the products and always go out of their way to help anyway they can, customer service is absolutely outstanding. Everytime I come in I walk out with an empty wallet as all the products are amazing and need everything!

Excellent variety and fantastic service! Nothing was too much of a hassle for the staff in store, and they were very knowledgeable.
Unfortunately this store doesn’t stock tobacco products, but were able to suggest a local store for the specific cigars I was chasing!

The staff was fantastic, friendly and helpful they even set up my new vape ready for use and the guy took me through the set up step by step and instructions were very clear.

Had issues with the vape I bought they had it replaced in an hour. Good service most staff know what they are doing.
